Hello! I have been with Faire almost 3 years and it's been a GAME CHANGER for us. We are in over 2000 stores and in Europe and a top shop. They are a huge part of our income, being the biggest wholesale platform out there. Abound, Tundra, Jane, etc. all went under sadly. The catch is that they do take a big chunk of sales for us makers. It was 25% now it's 15% plus $10. It's a smooth, easy to use platform and we do next-day pay outs as well. Faire being wholesale, no sales tax. We love it, just wish they didn't take quite so much from sellers. ☺
This is the most comprehensive, valuable video on Faire for artisan soap makers that I’ve seen BY FAR. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time you took to do this; Thank you SO much!
I’m so glad I found your UA-cam! I’ve been with Faire for several years and I love them! I enjoy their tracking systems for keeping us on track! Sharing about reducing your order minimums really makes sense!
Going into my 4th year with Faire! And it is definitely worth it ❤ Also, touching on what you said about brick and mortar/online sellers- in the back end settings you can select to not sell to online only retailers and only brick abd mortar. I sell to both and have been pleased with it 😊
You are the reason I am feeling more confident in approaching wholesale, thank you! If you take content requests, could you please please please do a video in discussing how you do presales? I am so close to launching and want to do a presale to gauge interest on my collections, however I have no idea how to go about it :/
This is not official financial or legal advice but I believe you don't have to charge sales tax on wholesale sales because it is on the retailer to collect sales tax :)

I switched to next day payout and it's been a game changer. And the difference was at the most $3. So look definitely run the numbers.
Great feedback! Thank you!
Would love to hear more about your point of view as a buyer in future video. Thank you for all of the info

Thank you for putting this out there

Thank you so much for this video! All great and helpful information hard to find out there.
So glad you enjoyed it!
How do sales taxes work for out of state orders? Is there an option to have only shops where you live buy from you?

@@hellobushyl thanks for the reply!
I want to grow a bit, but some of this is scary! 😅
hi, no sales tax on wholesale orders 🙂
Is it worth it with how much they take?!
