sir, your view about refined oils is not correct. refined oils are hydrogenated and many harmful chemicals are added during refinement process. this hydrogenation is very harmful and these refined oils must be avoided. better take cold pressed (ganuga) oils. best oil for cooking is cold pressed copra coconut oil.
