    ఆకలి వేస్తె తినాలి. కానీ ఆటైంకి ఆకలి వేసినట్టుగా దానికి తగ్గట్టుగా ఎక్కువ తక్కువ చూసుకొని ఎడ్ జస్ట్ చేసుకొని తినాలి. ఉదయం ఎనిమిది గంటలకు తింటే, మల్లి మధ్యాహ్నం ఒంటిగంటకు తినాలంటే, దానికి తగినట్టుగా ఎక్కువ కాకుండా తినాలి. మరల ఒంటిగంటకు ఆకలి వేసేలా చూసుకోవాలి .

    Drink sufficient water, 250 ml for every hour. It will be 3-4 litres if you consider day time.

    sIR, Refinement of oils by chemical processing ..... It is is doubtful as they are removing some natural fats from the oil. That is why refined oil may not be recommended. While cooking, the oil are automatically sterelised. GANUGA OIL KUDA FILTER CHESTARU KANUKA CHETTA UNDADU --- ..... THIS IS MY OPINION SIR.

    sir, your view about refined oils is not correct. refined oils are hydrogenated and many harmful chemicals are added during refinement process. this hydrogenation is very harmful and these refined oils must be avoided. better take cold pressed (ganuga) oils. best oil for cooking is cold pressed copra coconut oil.
