Bringing Home One Of The Cleanest Kouki S14 Around! || 1997 Nissan 240SX

If you follow me on IG you already saw this coming :) We couldn't be more excited for this! This s14 has to be one of the cleanest complete schassis ive seen in awhile, and luckily we were given the chance to take her on! Two kouki's are definitely better than one ;)

I guess a lot of base model s14's came to the states and dealerships thought adding a sunroof to them would raise their value since it was a luxury item back in the 90's or whatever the case. My s14 had an aftermarket sunroof too, I just bought a new roof skin from nissan and swapped it. Sadly most all of the parts for the s14 are discontinued from the dealership. So best of luck with anything you plan on doing to it moving forward.

To fix the tachometer remove it from the housing clean and resolder all the contacts behind it check all the wires and it should work fine no need to replace cluster to lose original milage on the odometer etc.

I’m currently looking for an S14 so I can swap in an RB25 w/cd009 6-speed. Unfortunately I haven’t found many cars for sale in my area of WA.
Can’t wait to see the final result for both builds.

Mines in the workshop just getting a kouki wing added. Can’t wait. I’m finishing the back off with an original z edition or racing edition rear skirt or lip. European version so have the sr20det. Loving the graphics down the side of yours. Were they factory?

yea, that lasted less than a month. So did the ka that was in it.
