Looked amazing, never heard of this dish, and plan to do a "water downed" version using chicken to create this delicious stew. Were those habanero peppers tossed in, meaning this would be an extremely spicy dish? Thanks much #chefswholove2cook
Thank you kindly for your comment. The dish is basically Liberian dish. If I’m not mistaking, I think in the whole of Africa we’re the only ones that make this dish. It just depends how much spice you want. You don’t have to add spices or if you do just a little to your taste.Hope This Helps.👍👍
That's great Liberian Kittery Torborgee! When meat salads meet Vegetable salad. At the end of the cooking I was waiting for you to pour Soda in the food; I mean coke 😅!!!!!
Well it is a seasoning. If you need your food to be tasty you have to use it. I’m pretty sure there was a substitution for maggi cubes. I don’t know where you’re from and I don’t know what you guys use in your food. But if you want your food to be tasty you need it or you can make your own maggi. Because its basically a seasoning.
Thank you for watching. Ingredients: any beef of your choice. Frozen kittely or dry kittely, bell pepper 🫑 any seasoning 🧂 you prefer, torborgee oil and torborgee soda. Hope this helps.👍👍

What did West Africans do before Maggi cubes were invented. That stuff is in everything

Dry shrimps, the best. 😮
Thanks for watching.👍
I know right 👍
Torborgee is an acquired taste. Yet, Lib folks offers it to others knowing full well it’s very different. Luv it but it’s unique
Thanks for the comment.👍
You should name everything you are using
Looks great! Please name all the ingredients you use so that we can make it.
