Winn has my mouth watering🤤 this my favorite food! And any other cookings that have torborge oil and soda(pretty odd as a congo woman) although it doesn't treat me well🤣wish u were my neighbor, I'd invade ur kitchen pravacy😜😂
Very different than how I grew up eating/cooking torborgee, but I'm sure it still taste good. We usually let the soup dry before adding the oil and add the soda in last after cutting the heat and it bubbles up. Have you tried the one with beans in it? If so, do you know what kind of beans the use?
I sometimes let it dry before adding the oil but other times, i add the oil and let it cook for few minutes(especially if the oil smell is too strong) before adding the soda, but I always turn the stove off for a minute or 2 before adding in the soda so it doesn't overflow.
That was a lot of different sodas. One question, while putting in your sodas,do you turn of the heat on the soup, this I noticed and found rather odd.As I whd have expected the soda to cook.
I wanna do palava sauce and water green also but don't think these things are found in Canada. That is why when we're in LIB amd our madam cooking we need to be around small small o ha ha ha

Why do you add the soda and salt Peter if I may ask?
Where can I get the bitter ball
Can I use just normal garden eggs? I’m a Nigerian but I like trying out other African country’s cuisines
That was a lot of different sodas. One question, while putting in your sodas,do you turn of the heat on the soup, this I noticed and found rather odd.As I whd have expected the soda to cook.
I turned the heat off before adding the side.
Catherine, the soda is not supposed to cook. The heat has to be off.
Do I have to add garden eggs or butter ball I don’t want to go to the store lol
No, u don’t have to if u don’t want to
What’s does the soda do
What is the American name for kittley and bitterball if your looking for it in the Asian market
kittilay is peas eggplant and bitterball is garden eggs

Can you guys please put the list of the ingredients you use ?
Is it ok to use the normal palm oil if you don’t have the torborgee oil?
Yes you can.
@@CookingwithWinn Thanks 😊
♥️♥️
Are you from RI
boston
How can I get those ingredients
from an African food market in your area.
Girl, I accidentally added the water from the meat. Can I let it cook until it thickens? Or is my soup goneee😫😫😫
What if you don’t have the oil?
you can use red palm oil, it might not taste and form like the real torborgee oil, but it's better than nothing.
What’s the oil? Is it palm oil?
It’s palm oil but it’s called Torborgee oil
Omg looks so delicious, nice one girl. Feel free to check me out thumbs up 👍🏾
Thanks
Too much Soda, this makes the stomach run 😫😫
That’s how i like mine. You can use less soda in yours.
Nasty too much raw soda
