Many years ago, when I had some remaining youth and much more money, I hit Chicago two or three times a year, but I never "connected" with it the way I did with NYC, SF, Boston, and Austin. This vid has me thinking I should make one more trip, if I can. Thanks!!
Those last two restaurants short-films are like informative to beginners who have a talent & love of food, from a hobby to the caarer-business that's all idea of these two short-films the more you view the more you pick-up something. Furthermore i don't mind building this idea in my own country since i love food and looking my health this applies to exercising every week like a routine.
Damn! Kahn and Krew are my type of people! Should I ever find myself in Chicago I'll be sure to visit one of their gastronomically enticing establishments.
What a great dude. None of that hipster pseudo chef shit thats usually here. Actualy human being who loves being a cook and doesnt flaunt his success around. lovely.
Do you guys know that the best way to taste a beer is to pour it very far from the glass straight to the bottom of the bottle to get as much carbon out as possible? The only reason pub pour beer the way we see is because they don't want us to think that they are being cheap. Next time you drink beer, try it. :-)

It would be a great idea if munchies did a vegan special in Arlington, VA
What was that.... like maybe a yard of beer split between 4-6 people? CrAZZZZy!!!??!
Cannot. Unsee.
