Madam, I am a new mom, my baby is just 25 days old, I can only produce 30 to 40 ml milk per feeding. I am taking jeera,methi, shitavari, Dryfruits, sounf,ajwain and half liter milk daily even though my milk quantity is very low,can you suggest what can I do more from my end.
Don't stress
The only solution .. but it's the tufest part . U r taking all these things , measuring milk , messaging Here .means u r stressed to the utmost level . I have been in the situation that's y telling u , don't stress

Try ur milk first .. if still hungry then give formulA.. if he is not taking ur milk.. then give formula n then try .. the thing is u have to try but not force the baby …
Secndly remember it’s ur baby n naturally he will latch .. Understand that even a new born baby knows if u hold him from fear … so if u l take him with the doubt that he will not take ur milk .. he l get to know that u r disturbed…

A baby should pass urine atleast 6 times a day, if it’s lesser the baby might be dehydrated. Please consider consulting a doctor
