i eat oats+milk+fenugreek seeds+Honey+ mix nut powder(my recipe,very easy no need to cook and just great breakfast ready to eat). just mix all the ingredients leave that before go to sleep (i live in very cold country so its totally ok) for my breakfast everyday. i drink tee(fenugreek+jera+ajwain+starAnis) 3 mugs a day. my baby is 4 weeks old now and she is getting enough milk.(Hope it helps someone)
@@ashMMJ where i live ,here is this tea(Jera+ajwain+staranis ) available as tea bag.i add extra fenugreek seeds .but u can just add all the ingredients for 250 ml tea ( jera+ajwain+staranis powder 1 tablespoon +1small teaspoon fenugreek seeds in boiling water for 5 minutes) and drink it with honey.its better to take it warm or hot but cold is also ok. if u r having problem with breast milk u can take fenugreek seed capsule as well .i have taken them when my baby was 12 weeks .she is now 4 months .

To increase milk supply the main strategy is to feeding baby every 2 hours and eating a well balanced diet.u shouldnt eat foods like jeera and ajwain in the form of powders.u should consume them with adequate amount of ghee and rice or in the chapathi.Not in the form of powders.If we take spices in the form of powders,they have anti nutrients which comes in the assimilation of nutrients.

I have noticed in every utuber's channel about breast feeding and noticed yaha par mamicon syrup and capsule ka totally promotion chal raha hai by all the comment section. i eat oats+milk+fenugreek seeds+Honey+ mix nut powder(my recipe,very easy no need to cook and just great breakfast ready to eat). just mix all the ingredients leave that before go to sleep (i live in very cold country so its totally ok) for my breakfast everyday. i drink tee(fenugreek+jera+ajwain+starAnis) 3 mugs a day. my baby is 4 weeks old now and she is getting enough milk.(Hope it helps someone)

@@ashMMJ where i live ,here is this tea(Jera+ajwain+staranis ) available as tea bag.i add extra fenugreek seeds .but u can just add all the ingredients for 250 ml tea ( jera+ajwain+staranis powder 1 tablespoon +1small teaspoon fenugreek seeds in boiling water for 5 minutes) and drink it with honey.its better to take it warm or hot but cold is also ok.
if u r having problem with breast milk u can take fenugreek seed capsule as well .i have taken them when my baby was 12 weeks .she is now 4 months .

Ap sahi se feed nh krwa pa rhi hy isliye pain horha hy or apna breast milk nipples pr lgye thk hojye ga but app srif agy ka hissa mou mai deti hy sahi se bacha mou mai nh leta hy isliye pain horha hy.

To increase milk supply the main strategy is to feeding baby every 2 hours and eating a well balanced diet.u shouldnt eat foods like jeera and ajwain in the form of powders.u should consume them with adequate amount of ghee and rice or in the chapathi.Not in the form of powders.If we take spices in the form of powders,they have anti nutrients which comes in the assimilation of nutrients.
