Nice rocket dude. Can i mention something from what ive been taught reguarding safety. When youre using Ti in your fuel you should not hand ram it around the spindle. If You end up pinching some of the fuel with the Titanium between your rammer and spindle it could spark and go off. Its better to add your Ti in the delay mix after youre above the spindle while hand ramming. Its ultimately best to use a press all together. I get theyre expensive, but its worth the investment. Be safe out there bro. Just wanted to help 😁
Please share some headed rockets tuts, I am working on 6 mm rockets with heading😂, it's like fun, 6 mm rockets work superb without heading, when I add little sulte to it, it come on me😂 due it's we it's weight

Use a 10in C clamp or ball joint clamp if available... That will yield 2000 pounds pressure.

How many mesh titanium powder...?
I've used coarse Ti. But You can use between 20 - 100 mesh it will work
You mixed titanium with rocket fuel or put it in separate tubes...?
