The funny thing with fake android is funny because while the hardware may not be good you can actually get the official os being that it's android
I feel like those companies could use their resources to create their own phone that could compete with the most bigger brands...
These companies are making and selling fake phones at a significantly high margins and the cost of production is also low for these phones. They don’t have to spent money on advertising, R&D and all other things. These things will be covered by the original company. I think that is why they stick to fake phones.
Wouldn't be surprised if there is some collaboration from actual legit phone making companies already. The bottom line is always Profits! Using each and every loophole to legally rake a buck.
The "Do not accept if seal if broken" on the box is a thing in Europe. I am from the UK and my s24 ultra box had that

5:12 the lamp reflections are also a telltale sign. The real one lets you almost count individual pixels
I've just reported loads of facebook marketplace ads with that seal and turned out the real ones also have text writen on them 🤥
One dead giveaway would be to connect it to some kind of external display. On real samsung fold/flip/S series it will mirror the screen and also allow you to use Samsung Dex. On the fake one they would have to try really hard. Also some settings in the fake one would show the old android UI if you look for something that isnt used that often (like VPN, etc.), this is usually more funny with the fake iphone showing old android ui.
So the extra sim slot during teardown is actually a SD card slot

Ive not seen the S24 peels here, but the galaxy tab s9 definitely has the writing on them in the US. I would imagine it would be the same on the phone.

actually there is a easy way to determine whether it is fake or real phone , when you check the camera module , the real phone camera module usually have a coating while the fake one have no and just look like a cheap camera

Bottom imei text and seal is different from region to region. EMEA region does include the seal text. Compare the imei on device with the box using *#0*#

there are defenitely differences between the boxes, but I think it's probably really hard to tell if you don't have a real one next to your fake one to compare. Also I think at the end it was a micro sd card slot and not sim.
