She is a young, beautiful girl. Why doesn't her key worker help her to mix with positive people to promote recovery, I know it can be so hard if she is not willing. It's heartbreaking. Looking at her, when I was 27, I was in that place, I didn't know how much detoxification I was in, from the age of 14, I can't at all remember the late 80's none of the 90s. 1999 I was age 27 when into detox and clean & sober since I'm near 51 now, so please never give up hope on yourself young lady x

This girl really pestered myself amd my mother one day for money , she folllowed us all the way down the road and up to our car she was really persistant and when we said we didnt carry cash she said " can you not go to the banklink and get me some money". She was really annoying bit obviously has some serious mental health as well as addiction issues so its quite sad as shes very young and vunerable out yhere on the streets 😢
Seen Rochelle last Thursday.. I was sitting in traffic on bridgefoot street. She was knocking on car doors agressively around 9 45 am... I couldn't believe it was her... my heart sunk..... She is regressing... I hope she finds a higher power but she's on the brink.... God bless her

She needs to be picked up, and put into rehab against her will if needed until she comes off the substance and can actually make up her own mind and her own choice. There are no supports in place for people like this and the supports that are available are designed to just keep recycling her back into the broken system. The odds are this young girl will still be addicted to crack in a year or 10 years time. unfortunately, this young crack addict becoming an old crack addict is probably the best scenario here from the support the country offers. The system needs to change.

I've heard of some drugs making people feel so content, they could literally lay in a dumpster and feel alright.. like they are basking in God's love or something.
