HOW LONG CAN THE WATER LAST STORED IN MYLAR? i'm getting this question a lot so this is how I based my calculations. Online you can buy emergency water in mylar ~amzn.to/3UYt9yT The manufacturer say 5 year shelf life. So if stored properly and you use filtered or distilled water mine will last 3-5 years as well, maybe more. I do not recommend doing a whole bag of water in mylar as it's wobbly and hard to store. Doing it in little sizes with meals is the PERFECT way to get the best of both worlds. ENJOY =] Live Giveaway Is March 6th - 6pm CST @ The Inquisitive Farmwife
Cool idea for camping or road trips, or even bugging out. For long term storage though, finding and having a reliable water source should be first priority.
