I wonder why he angled the jet upward. Level would make more sense to me. The way he did it would take weight off of his steering wheel on a bike already likely to get squirrely while going fast.

he stopped by controlling the fuel from the cylinder..the guy in the car controlled a valve which controlled the acceleration and stopping..he can mount that on the bike.. :D awesome stuff!
mount the fuel to the front and make a lever to turn it upside down or upright to change the speed.
