Gym has been an amazing outlet for the obvious lifting and exercising and training, but also I get to enjoy a good routine again, see people that go the same time as me every day, and my life has basically 180'd. Natty guy here, I started a weightloss/lifestyle change 2 years ago. Going from weighing 495lbs to around 265lbs. Theres alot of BIG LIFTERS at my gym which can make it feel insignificant to hit numbers they easily crush. But i hit 405lb Sumo DL (2 herniated discs so i avoid standard DL but can hit 385) and a 405lb squat and im a celebrating that personal victory. TY for validating it man
Every lift was phenomenal! The amount of progression is crazy. You were humble and relaxed after every PR but I was sitting and watching going crazy. HYPE, Good stuff Will!

I started to watch your videos over the Summer and was inspired to go to the Gym. I was always Athletic and had some Lean Muscles, but I never lifted any weights. Now I go to the gym all the time, gaining a lot of muscle, and I hit a new bench PR. Thank you for motivating me.

Just a tip, drop your hips more when u deadlift. U want to use more leg drive than back. Use your legs to get it off the ground until it gets to your knees and then u use your back and hips to thrust the weight up. When I see u deadlift, it looks like your stiff legging it and so u use your back a lot more than your legs which could lead to injury. I learned this the hard way.

You're gonna fall a lot, but if you focus on success instead of fearing the fall, it will come to you. By the way, failing lifts can be a lot worse than getting a flip wrong, your face on that last deadlift was flushed! Good job on your PRs, keep going harder than last time.
