- Keep your onslaught flux high so it can get maximum bonuses from Energy weapons mastery's (TPC) and polarize armor that improve your damage reduction up to 50%
edit : kinda mistake for polarized armor buff need high flux to activate when as for shieldless it work as +50% in default

I like doing this combined with prox charge launchers in 4 medium missile slots. I leave the side-facing large ballistic slots with devastators for PD.
Dash up to something with burn drive and then pelt it with prox charges at point blank - nothing in the game survives.
The prox charges also serve as an undefeatable PD across the front, as well as "press left click to instantly kill all fighters" tool.
what really saved you here was the enemies lack of anti armour ballistic and energy weapons
And the lack of EMP. Imagine what a few Omens mixed in would have done...

There was plenty of HE from the opposing Onslaught and the Dominator with two Hellborers nearly took him out. Likewise there were the Sunder, Falcon and Eagle with what looked like 6 Ion Beams going at him at the same time. So, plenty of EMP and yet the brute offensive flux available to this Onslaught overpowered them all
Refit with close range weapons, give it to a reckless officer and watch it morb over remnant ordos
You should absolutely call this the HSS Red Sun, he is most certainly fucking invincible
Polarized Armor works off Hardflux, not soft flux. for shieldless non-phase ships it just acts as if it's at 50% hardflux all the time. still worth taking PA just not as strong as your description claims. (and keeping flux high for +damage on shots that don't hit as often and are limited by range when you have Mjolnirs that hit a lot is suboptimal)
you can bet better efficiency with your TPCs by not actively using them, the AI will shoot only the one that can hit at whatever angle you're at.
no RFC is odd, EMP is the Shield Shunt weakness and better vent times when pressing V will ultimately give more effective DPS.
IPDAI does very little IMHO
i kinds mistake for the polarized part but, high dmg from tpc are mean as anti shield and not for constant dps, you can easily get over 1k dps or more just from tpc and combine with build in ammo mag it also increase their dps by 50% because the limit factor of tpc was slow ammo regen and nothing else.
better vent dont mean anything significant, tpc are the only reason why it have so high flux, tpc cost it around 1k flux to full burst and without tpc all guns including 3 mjolnir only cost around 2k, and when you consider how efficient tpc was it hard to debate why you should waste another op for KE weapons when tpc can do both work as anti shield and armor.
pd ai keep you safe from annihilator rocket, without pd ai my onslaught will likely diea from enemy onslaught that fire their annihilator at short range
@@friendlyroughai3319 the "weapon flux/second is based on the Pre-S-modded *sustained* DPS of the TPCs, not how much they generate when firing full auto. 2 Mjolnir generate 666 flux/second, you can only vent 1392/second. so every time you're shooting with all 3 (which is often when there's multiple targets in range) you are losing DPS on your main target at max flux
i feel the OP saved from dropping IPDAI for all dual flaks and maybe some vulcans will do you better overall
Energy weapon buff works for energy weapon types, not with ballistic weapon types with energy damage. Mjolnir cannon does not benefits from energy mastery skill.

nah, i real combat its more like 1v3 rather that 1v10, even again costume bounty frigate reaper spam from gladiator society mods its not that hard to deal with reaper spam.
that's why you invest with a lot of PDs
an onslaught build is only as good as its pd, since you cant dodge, and you dont have flux stats to tank
