      Kettlebells are a great tool. They add some variety and are good for my shoulders. They don't make them complain. 😁

    I was worried about that 370 last rep lol.. that was a good ole grinder.

      That third rep was slow, but there was no chance of failing it even if it looked that way. The safties were set just in case. All I have to do is go down to parallel and lean forward a bit. I have tested the settings with just the bar to get them dialed in perfectly.

    Oddly you and I did the same workout same body parts. Other than the chinups..that's crazy..
