That's actually a style of pepperoni that pizza supply companies sell, it's made by several companies and it's called "cup and char" because it does cup-up and the edges char slightly when placed in the heat of a proper commercial pizza oven.
+Diana DeLaFuente (PrincessDiana161) No I have but I haven't had a decent pizza down here in NC that the pepperoni curl up like that on a pizza in 17 years lol. Smartass :)
Oh Emm Effin' Gee, Diana! That looks like it might be even better than pizza. It's like you've created a "stuffed thin crust." I love pizza, but I always make my own crust, so it gets to be a PITA. This is instant, still home-built, and with that underlayer. I love it! And I bet it would cook up nicely on the pizza stone, too.
Yummy. You solved my dinner dilemma for tonight. Off to the market. Love your re ipes. Keep them comming. My nephew still loves your pd161 chocolate cake mix cookies.
Hello Diana! I love your channel! I was just curious what your background is? At first I was thinking Italian, but DeLaFuente seems Hispanic? Just wondering. Keep up the great recipe videos!
I love this Mrs. Diana. I'm definitely going to do it recipe. it's like a thin crest pizza. Question: can you do a receip on a coconut cake with pineapples???
+Diana DeLaFuente (PrincessDiana161) I made it in my toaster oven and it's was worth it. I used left over chicken since I did not have pepperoni. I'll email you a pic of my results.
Pizzadilla sounds like pesadilla, which is Spanish for nightmare lol but this is far from being a nightmare, I can almost smell it and it smells delicious!
Diana, cooking spray? How about some good old-fashioned olive oil? And you're right, the toppings potential is infinite, just don't get pineapple anywhere my pizzas - capisci?
You know it's gonna be good when the pepperonis make the little cups with pools of grease. That is the best.

Why do we have to Mexicanise everything?
Well not everything....
