I have tried this chutney recipe with momos. It turned out amazingly delicious, I would recommend to be careful with roasting tomatoes, they'll crackle with water oozing from their peels. Thank you chef for your delightful recipe.

I dont think anyone in Darjeeling uses Tomato as momo chutney. Its always Red chilli dried, black pepper, lemon and ginger garlic
