I remember when my wife came to our house for the first time after marriage. She was delighted by my homemade momos with Schezwan chutney. Before that she used to travel several kilometres to have momos at some famous fast food outlet. It was a big surprise for her. Today I learnt a new method from you.

They were steamed for 15-20 min. All momo recipes are available in UA-cam with slight variations. The veggies must be half cooked prior to stuffing. Remaining part of cooking would be along with wrapper.

Is it safe to use plastic ice trays at high temperature (even if it is less than the boiling point of water)? Can the chemicals from polymers leach into the food? There are different types of trays available in the market and all may be good food grade ones. Ranveer, you should suggest some alternative. We can use metal ice trays though!

That is such a genius idea! We usually get caught up in making the dish picture perfect but this video, this idea has opened my mind to a whole plethora of new ideas and combinations. I'll be making dumplings/momos in cupcake trays. That veg stock you got by adding salt to the chopped veggies, I could make soup dumplings of that.
