Odd that a bunch of 2021 models don't come with electric controls on the passenger seats. My mother's 2021 Rogue has the same thing, but my base model 2008 Quest came with them! Not a big deal, just a small quality of life thing. That being said, I'm currently saving up for a down payment on one of these to travel around in before I settle down for University!
