Imagine us already being a civilization beyond Type III and you are right now actually sitting in some kind of history lesson "How Life was below Level One".
@@Exigty Eventually we'll rename/redefine what a type 1 civilization is, at that point we'll be pretty much guaranteed to become one. The requirements for type 1 are literally impossible as they are listed, but 100% humanity will make it to some equivalent status.
Type 1 = Planetary Civilization Type 2 = Stellar Civilization Type 3 = Galatic Civilization Type 4 = Universal Civilzation Type 5 = Multverse Civilzation Type 6 = Multidimensions Civilzation Type 7 = Creator Civilzation or Omega Civilzation.
One of the most mind bending questions I ever heard from a video similar to this one. What if the speed of light really is the universal speed limit? There could be billions of civilizations just like us, all staring up at the stars, and asking “are we alone out here?” All limited to their own planetary system. Like living in a zoo for the gods.
@@aadityaranjan2159 yes, I understand the idea of wormholes. But as of right now, wormholes are still as theoretical as transporters or multi dimensions. It’s a fun idea, but as of right now, we don’t actually know if space can be “folded” to allow us to travel faster than light. Or if it is possible, where would we find the amount of energy needed to do it. But, that said. Keep dreaming, because if it is possible, then it will be because of people far more intelligent than me dreaming up new ways to make it happen.
@@lr_law4940 again, warp drives are a fantastic idea but it involves concepts that are purely theoretical. It’s like a 2 dimensional character living on a 2 dimensional plane, trying to manipulate their world in a 3 dimensional way. Even if they knew it could be done, how do they “fold” their universe to get to another desired point? As 3 dimensional creatures, we can manipulate that 2 dimensional universe, easily. If time really is the 4th dimension, how do we manipulate our universe to fold it through the 4th dimension of time?
Will blow your mind even more. speed is relevant to an object moving. imagine the object doesn't move but the environment does... I think the only limits are those we have percieved. If we weren't constantly rationalizing with "what is" in a object oriented world. to be crazy for a second, what we a person truly believed something different than what physics states, and that became their reality. (not a Christian but the idea of jesus turning water into wine is a good example.). Imagine what we could achieve if we didn't constantly shut down out "godhood". As i like to say, WHAT do you think is looking out your eyeballs? Science has and can explain everything, but spiritual ppl know better.
We can't help each other because we live in a society structured around money. If people keep asking for free money, we will eventually all run out of it.
If Type 7 civs can manipulate space-time and humans eventually reach that status (or more accurately, whatever our species becomes), then who's to say our descendants haven't already meddled in our timeline?
Well, no one is to say that. The gods we worship could very well be humans from extremely far into our development. We may be a species that creates itself over and over again.
I have heard some estimates that the Q on Star Trek Next. Gen are only at FOUR or maybe Four and a fraction but below 5. Imagine a Q being kidnapped by a being of Type 7, maybe the "Z continuum" or something and being as badly dwarfed in ability as a human is compared to a Q.
Having absolutely no conflicts would imply that every action that is taken by any creature in the civilization is unanimously recognized as correct. Almost every intelligent species shows compassion to some degree, if these extraordinary beings experience any level of compassion, it would be impossible for them to cause any harm to any of us. Obviously this wouldn't happen but that's just why these levels of civilization seem so arbitrary to me. Edit: Why is it always my most tired rants that gain traction smh
You can still disagree without conflict. It's called debates, politics, etc. However when politicians use politics to turn the people against each other then we have that conflict. And even then yes in some degree a debate could and is considered a conflict, but so is not being able to make up your own mind. you're having a conflict of interest within yourself. So it'll always exist. Just depends on the context its used in like Warfare.
@@jerseybound717 Debates and politics are the most efficient way to start violent confrontation. Not to mention conflict does not necessarily mean violence, but can also refer to those very debates and politics you described. If what he outlined had happened, and the species had fully unified, there would be no use for politics in the first place.
It's scary to think to become a creator civilization. We've already started doing that. We create worlds within small boxes for people to explore and enjoy on a regular basis. Some of these worlds are so realistic. They almost are sentient
@@Raven_2556 you ever heard of ghost code?.... Random bits of information after a long string of code.... If it gets jumbled together enough, it starts producing actions... Unintended actions... Would be amazing if there are as many parallel Universes as possible arrangements of the smallest particles. Means if the whole of existence itself consist of only 3 particles that could only have 3 positions (or not), thered be 9 parallel Universes, one for each possibility of arrangement. Imagine how many particles are in a Sandcorn, the sheer number of same Universes just because one Sandcorn could be arranged billions and billions of times. That image soothens my mind.
@@MCMuffinGmbH The theory can't be done, it's paradoxical. If you assume there is an arrangement with that effect, then you can also assume there is an effect that perfectly combats that.
Why do people assume that advanced aliens would have figured out how to get along with one another? If anything, that's what could have driven their space technology, a desire to get away from all the other members of their species that they hated. For all we know, we could be the least dysfunctional intelligent race out there. Aliens: "Really? You humans have an END to your wars without the other side being completely wiped out? Then you just... live next to the people that were trying to kill you yesterday? How does that even work?!"
Exactly, hate, racism, war, selling children as sex slaves, poverty, ignorance. no more ignorant leaders, Trump, Putin...also an advanced civilization can intercept our tv signal they would say no we'll come back in a million year see if we evolved
They won't come here because we are like unimportant bacteria in a zoo for them .Like noone bring microscope to look bacteria to a zoo while they can see bigger life bigger bonus in this universe
We are being held back, we would've gotten much further by now and kept increasing our speed of development if the world wasn't so corrupted by the top
I agree. The "top" is coming down the corrupt top and all other infiltrators. Humanity will be able to balance our wisdom of compassion and be the divine race we were always meant to be.
Throughout most of history, the "top" has driven progress. Perhaps we're coming to an era where they're less necessary, though I think they still will be. 99% of people don't have the self-control to govern themselves efficiently. The top accumulates individuals to complete progressive tasks.
I think the opposite. Throughout history, progress has been funded and lead by the top. Without the top, everyone would just be doing what they want and nothing in the sense of development would happen. I think the reason we have not developed as fast anymore is because of the criticism the top 1% receive. The rich dont want to spend their money on private R&D anymore because they will receive this new trend of backlash "could have used that money to feed the poor in Africa". If in every corner you turn and there is a liberal ready to lecture you on how you should spend your money, then you are just going to keep your money to yourself and spend it in private.
It’s not even the “top” it’s the people spending a collective of billions of days on the internet watching stupid shit instead of working on something that matters.
Our type of being would have us as conquerors even in the name of peace. As far as energy, I'm more excited to see how nuclear fusion will come into play. That may be the chain of many advancements in technology and understanding of physics. If we really wanted to advance we would focus more on education in sciences, math and computing. There's only so many people that actually work daily on advancements and pushing for new things. We'd probably be more likely to destroy ourselves.
Nah. It's Moore's law and it's progressing right on schedule. We are going to skip straight to stage 7 without understanding and our reprogramming will destroy us. It doesn't matter either way, we are just a holographic projection on the event horizon of a black hole. Time goes backwards as easily as forward and what seems like evolution/progress is just the degradation of a perfectly organized universe that most of us perceive in reverse because of the nature of projecting an image from a set of smaller dimensions to the next. So enjoy. Everything will work out on their own and you won't have any issues you can't reconcile.
I find this an interesting arguement. I have always been of the opinion that we are looking forward/outward too far. That it is a waste of energy and resources to think along these lines. I think we should stick to the periodic table of elements. Teach chemistry earlier, the more people we educate about the world around us and their dangers/challenges the less likely we are to fall into disaster and make mistakes along the way. The more people become chemical engineers, the more problems we begin to solve and explore down here on earth the more likely we are to get as far as the stars. I always end up thinking we need to take a step back.

A type 1 civilization probably won't have any 'market', money or barter of any sort. Such a society need to move on to a real sustainable existence to succeed.
dont u know that today human civilization not even reach type 1 civilization? we are just somewhere at type 0.7 civilization, still depends on fossil fuel for energy extraction
And if you think about it, Photonics uses less energy and has many benefits over electricity, and these media videos on youtube seem to be stuck on a narrow - minded and biased idea around nuclear energy "only", when we are capable of being far more advanced, and advancing in many different ways for the energy source, we must also remember how new materials are the basis for all emerging technologies, such as Graphene, and Graphene - Photonics as an example that is mind blowing. We are about a type 0.97 civilization if you look into the many fields of research around emerging technologies and beyond. Graphene Spintronics, Graphene Twistronics, Graphene aerogels made in space to revolutionize the way we explore space, Graphene's carbon nanotubes latest breakthroughs, all for Graphene - Photonics. Quantum Technologies, The Quantum Internet by 2030, warp drive / warp bubble latest research and breakthroughs, concept ideas. The warp drive / warp bubble negative energy required has been reduced to 700 kg the size of a "voyager space probe". Go to my channel and find Technology Research, find and click on the words "created playlists", scroll to the bottom of the created playlists and start there with the Graphene playlist, Photonic - Computing playlist and so on, work your way to the top of the created playlists. We are a lot more capable than you think, it's corruption that creates the brainwash in society, people need to care more to find interests in such higher levels of innovation as mentioned.
I once read the possible season why we had not and will probably never meet aliens. They used the analogy of someone walking in the woods and completely ignoring an ant hill. Why would you stop and try to interact or communicate with them. They're so insignificant !
The Other reason is it's Physically Impossible to see worlds as they are and not as they were when we look at the Stars we are not seeing those stars as they are but what they looked like Hundreds of thousands, Millions or Billions of Years Ago so we could be looking right at an Advanced Civilization we just can't see them and they can't see us without breaking the Laws of Physics meaning going fast enough to make Light speed look like a Snail in Comparison
Those same Planets would be looking at us and seeing Dinosuars or a Fireball Earth or even Snowball Earth and they would be thinking life couldn't exist here just as we say when we look at other Planets in Different Solar Systems
Because the anthill is not in a forest, but in a barren desert and ants can seem like good source for nourishment, heck the only source of nourishment.
I think it is most likely that if an advanced civilization found us, and understood what we are, not just ants, they would just leave us be or help us advance. I don't think an advanced civilization would try to enslave us. I think in their own evolution all that negativity would be gone and they would be peaceful.
we can see in our history how more advanced civilizations enslaved and robbed natural resources from traditional civilizations and this is still happening today. By the way, I'm talking about the colonial era and its impact which can still be felt today.
This morning , my biggest problem was how to get my breakfast, now my biggest problem is how to avoid being crushed by more advanced civilization, thanks mate

Very interesting, I didn’t even know about the types of civilization. So I immediately wanted to visit at least a couple of these types, to look at their lives with one eye.
We couldn't find aliens yet Because the farther we peek into the universe.. The farther we seeing in past... For example: if we are looking at a planet 5 billion light years away we are looking at how it was 5 billion years ago as that is how much time light took to reach us from that place 🤯🤯
@@itsmesteve1081 it's true. Because light takes time to travel. Hence if we look at a planet 5billion light years away, essentially the light we see from that planet was reflected from that planet 5 billion years ago and hence we will see it's past only

He forgets to mention that the major theory for the great filter may being hitting a type 1, and that triggers a type 3 to eradicate us long before any galaxy can see scrambling up the cosmic shoreline.
Type 1 may be possible in the distant future, but after that it would be much more efficient to live in a virtual reality that is indiscernible to physical reality than what Type 2 represents.
Definitely something that makes sense. More than likely if a human from today was able to meet a human in the future that is a type 2. The modern day human would biologically be antiquated and almost seem like the difference between us and our Paleolithic ancestors. Culturally we probably wouldn’t even be able to relate to one another anymore.

I just have this random thought. How about this: what if humans don’t have to evolve because it doesn’t have to be humans that would develop technology? Create a super AI that can problem solve, develop technology, and manufacture such applications of technology. I think it would exponentially increase the rate of technological development if we free ourselves with the restrictions of the human mind and substitute it with something that can potentially process information faster than ours and working 24/7.

@@littlechineseladyv2517 that argument is only valid if "making new technology and inventing new things" was the purpose of human life. Let me ask you, is that your current purpose now? is that what you do everyday? i just find that argument lacking in my opinion. Because we all know quite well that's not the only purpose why we keep living. Besides that's a little presumptive that an intelligent AI would immediately think "Us vs them" just because they're smarter. We're smarter than our house dogs but we don't put all our energies to just self gain. what i was imagining is putting the AI inside a simulation of our universe and develop technology within it. Working on speeding it up. And we could develop technology many times over than our current pace
the problem with this scale is does it take into account that a type 2 civ might be 40-50 % more efficient at using that energy then a type 1. To advance we not only need to be able to produce more efficient energy but use it more efficiently
We're also not taking into account variables that we do not know of. Perhaps at a higher shift not only do physical resources because used more efficiently, it's possible out brains become more powerful, out mental abilities may also increase... we do not know anything. We only think we have a clue. These clues are generally taken from the smartest of the monkeys (to be frank).

Some very weird arguments that I noticed: 1) type 7 civilizations that live in pocket universes or whatever somehow care about exploiting flesh and meat humans for resources?? What resources? They have an exponential large number of resources, anything they can extract from us wouldn't even be a pixel in comparison. 2) complete globalization is a requirement for a type 1 civilization. Arbitrarily drawinggn the limit to a planet makes no sense. If other sentient life exists our interactions with them can be similar to two tribes on earth meeting for the first time. Why not look towards complete universalisation? I feel like a lot of this speculation is extremely humanistic
🤦 so simplistic. 1) you are more intelligent than a cow or some broccoli, right? Yet, you use both. You are so far beyond a single transistor, and yet here you are using thousands of them to type a reply, right? Everything becomes a resource. Even if it's purely an experiment to test philosophy, for entertainment, or for competition and survival. 2) it's arbitrary because that's where the line is drawn. You find me a universal truth that isn't arbitrary, and I'll give you the cheat code to get to type 6
Based on time frames and probabilities. I would simply believe there is already a type 3 somewhere based on how fast we accelerated in technology and the vastness of space and how big it is and how fast life can propagate.

Given we're not even that close to type 1 and already generating our own simulated entertainment, the question might not only be where the higher type civilisations are but whether we are just a piece of arbitrary entertainment within their incomprehensibly advanced society
There's a huge difference between a video game and actually simulating life and evolution. Regardless of what kind of civilization you live in, the idea that you'd have the kind of energy and knowledge required to create life and have it evolve for entertainment purposes is ridiculous. That'd be like saying the Large Hadron Collider was created so Timmy could have fun on Saturday mornings. No.

I’m still disappointed we’re not caught up to the Jetsons by now. Another disappointment from my childhood was that most adults don’t have it together like we’re led to believe as children.
The Jetsons was so....unrealistic. Knowing E=mC squared, our rate of growth as a species was FAR too slow when that show came out. It was not properly projected based on technological limitations, universal functions being implemented into technology, nor realism: Radiation kills. Space is so full of radiation that without a proper technological society build around electromagnetic technology, we can't even think of doing anything in space of any real worth. Harnessing fusion is the next step; extracting/producing a viable amount of helium 3 and deuterium for fuel, or mastering the methane engine, are also next steps. Ultimately, we won't be travelling in space for 'business as usual' until we master controlling alternating and powerful EM fields to 'drift through space' without acceleration in any direction we wish, regardless of mass. That means finding a way to bypass E=MC squared.
@@TheRotnflesh if reality suddenly change what would happen to our own theory of reality? (this impossible to happen in real life but a fun question none the less)

Let’s get to Level 1. This is kind of like selecting the names of one’s great grandchildren without even having a possible mate anywhere in the realm of consideration.
the gap between type 1 and type 2 is already pretty big but the gap between type 2 and type 3 is ridiculous. there should definitely be atleast one additionally type in between 2 and 3, because the power of a collection of stars or a binary black hole system are extreme compared to just a single star.
Well not exactly since we se the thing in linear perspective not exponential. A civilization probably take more time to reach type 1 compared to reach a type 2. Take a example of human tecnological development from first homo sapiens to 1A.C, than 1 A.C to 1500 A.C, than compare to 1501 to 1800, than 1801 to 1950, than 1951 to 2000, and 2001 to 2022. The development is pretty exponential in terms of time, if we don't destroy our self/colapse before, we will reach a type 1 in a 2 centurys or even 1 century. And our grand child will stay here to see we becaming a type 2.
We would only be able to “see them” if they’re as old as they are far away. That’s not to mention the longevity required for them to actually still exist - while we can see their past.
How great would it have been to be born in a dimension where space is full of oxygen? Those civilizations can just freely travel forever through the cosmos Edit: Some of you need to smoke some weed dude lol.
Would we humans jump to the highest possible scale if we were able to extract all the energy we need from the infinite amount of energy causing the space to expand exponentially with distance? Because, I believe I came up with an idea on how to do it. I designed the device and call it a star in a jar because the effect radiates massive amounts of energy from the vacuum. Massive amounts of energy coming from what seems to be nothing. I didn't patent the free energy device for reasons of safety. I have the blueprints setting on my desk. I also inconspicuously published the designs in a book last year. The star in a jar design is based on the sonoluminescence effect, where sound converts into massive amounts of heat and light via vibrations. Hence the 4th book in the series being called Vibration, the 5th book being called Kinematics and the last book called Over-Unity. Energy can be made but cannot be destroyed. This is why space expands exponentially with great distance they've pinned on dark energy. humans can advance to the highest Kardashev level with such a device. It would solve all the energy needs we could ever require. Free energy for everyone. Do you see why I didn't seek a patent?
@@redragon9588 Pumped hydro energy is a very archaic way to store energy, and you're losing a lot of it by converting mechanical energy to potential energy by pumping water to a higher ground. The energy amounts for a full Type 1 civilization can not be stored by pumping water to a higher reservoir. We need major discoveries and radical changes in battery technologies.
I feel like any civ would possibly never make it passed 1.5 or 2. Simply because it would be much more efficient to create super VR where you can upload your consciousness to these personal utopia VRs and just live there forever. However maybe the "authenticity" would be important enough to keep going in real life.
problem is that any species with intelligent would rather know than live in that fake world as it only seem useless to be in a world where all your progress is just fake unless it contribute to advancing technology
Think of it as a game.. We humans explore, well if you explore in a game you get no "Progress" since we are exploring instead of doing missions and quests, When the storyline of the missions is surviving and getting peace
I would argue anything above tier 4 would be gods to us, and that is because a tier 3 and tier 4 are physically possible it may take a incredibly long time but it is possible, now in order for tier 5 to exist relativistic speeds (the speed of light) must be possible since tier five would be colonizing multiple universes and that is something that might not be even physically possible.
The thought of an alien civilization contacting earth reminds me of the ant farm I had as a child. Despite my continuous effort, I still could not teach them English.
An argument I have with the question of “will aliens try to kill us” is if we found a planet with an intelligent civilization, our first though isn’t to kill them all and take over the planet
Right... We never had people from the "old world" meet a less advanced civilization from the "new world" and spread diseases in blankets and wipe out their food sources, take over their homeland for our own benefits, violate their females for our pleasure, or just lie to them.
it depends on the lv if they are in lv 1 or beyond they are going to be robots so things like diplomacy is something that they dont care about. They will see only if they can win or not and atack if they can win at least that's what I think
I'm very sure we'd reach speed of light way before type 6 (I'd say we'd get to move at the speed of light by the time we're a type 2). It'd be also pretty much impossible for any species ever to remove evilness as a whole. There will always be people who just want to see the world burn. And, by the way, things like Dyson Spheres wouldn't be even possible to make due to the massive amounts of materials we'd need. To finish this, if other civilizations existed (being whatever type they may be), we'd have noticed them years ago. We could probably be the only ones in the universe, either because no other civilizations have ever existed or they just went extint. Our civilization was basically a miracle. We shouldn't have existed, but here we are. It's not likely that other species in the universe have been as lucky as us.
I don't know where you heard that, but that's incredibly incorrect. No, there could absolutely be civilizations out there that we simply won't ever see because the universe is tens of billions of light years wide and deep. For all we know, there's a bronze age civilization out there somewhere. And we'd have no idea, how could we?
If thats the case then we could have just alter our imagination into solving these kinds of ideas and riddles as well even if we were in a simulation living the past we would never be thunking what we are thinking rn
I like how the video is like saying all these cool things and why we need to quickly develop but im just here not even bothered to get out of bed and shower
I ever wondered that why we always think aliens will be more advance. It is possible that they can have less technology than us that's why they can't reach to us and on other side we also can't. But ya! it's good that we think our opponents stronger than us so we can build more advanced thing but we should also try to find aliens as a parallel work Like it could be beneficial for us if they will be more advanced and of kind and peaceful nature.
I think Earth already visited by advanced civilizations !!! See All ancient religions has concepts of devtas !!! DEVTAS aren't God's They are higher beings!!! May be these devtas has colonized earth !!! In all religions their is a concept that one day devtas will come to earth and destroy everything!!! And start a new civilization!!!! If this is true than Humans really need to develop fast !!!!
See in Hindu religion there is written that Humans civilzation is just like board game(chess) devtas controlling us for their benefit!!! May be this relates when we will going to send chimpanzees on the planet where life can exist and note the changes on chimpanzees , if chimpanzees sustained than we will start making colonies on that planet according our need !!!
the only real reason for mankind to strive for higher tier civ is the possibility to stop entropy. if any other civ has reached the point to find a way top outplay entropy, we cant catch up anyways. we would be doomed. the only real problem we have to fear, cuz we have the potential to outplay is the end of it all...
Stop entropy? I think the goal for a higher tier civ would be to find the original source of mass and energy rather than battle against entropy. Moreover, that's so many billions or trillions of years away that any high tier civ could easily find a satisfying purpose in the intermediate.
@@smeesmirgol8377 I typically think of entropy as a state that the universe is descending into and 'death' as the state intelligent life typically looks to defeat. The latter is far easier to overcome and is not necessarily tied to the former. That being said, if you define them as one and the same, you could argue that if an intelligent being from our universe ever achieves immortality, then our universe also achieves eternity through that being. The only problem would be if our universe is the one and only universe in existence, and the Big Bang was a 100% unique event that can only ever happen one time. But even still, the being would have trillions of years, and arguably the most important part of surviving as an immortal would be finding purpose in your own actions & existence in the intermediate.
@@taranwanderer7747 Interesting point of view. But I'd rather not put entropy as something we can simply overcome by becoming immortal. Entropy is not killing, but it's rather making existing impossible for Matter. So its not the "goal" to become immortal but to make existence infinite. To be fair, my first answer was reduced so people actually read through it XD. You see, "we" as mankind are most likely not the only intelligent lifeform with the potential to evolve indefinetely. But as this is practically a certain given, just by the shere size of the universe, there is still the possibillity that we are. Religious people might say then, accept and be humble towards creation and just accept eden or whatever they believe in. But actually for agnostics or atheists this means its pretty scary to think about entropy as the end of all existence. So it is our "duty" towards Life and existence to peak with it as much and hard as somehow possible. This way we actually night "defeat" entropy and opened up the potential of existence to infinity. This should be the only reason to strive for higher tier civ. If you don't follow that logic there is only religion left as a habor and life has no actuall meaning.
@@smeesmirgol8377 I think I better understand what you're saying. I'm an Agnostic-Atheist, so it's not religion but logic that tells me if you want to achieve "infinity," your goal would be to seek the origin of the Big Bang's matter & energy. In all likelihood, you'd conclude roughly one of four things: 1). Nothing has a tendency to create something. 2). The universe has a mechanism that recycles Matter & Energy. 3). Matter & Energy has a wellspring someplace, somewhere. 4). A Singularity that had always existed caused the Big Bang. #1, #2, and #3 are investigable phenomena by a civilization of advanced enough levels. #3 may or may not be finite. #4 is possibly irreversible and could make Entropy something that can't be prevented, which is when you'd save what you could of our universe and seek a new, younger universe or dimension to inhabit. The number of times you could do this however would likely be finite, so at this point, you would have to find a way to craft an artificial phenomenon that could, in turn, create infinity. If that proves impossible then... I don't know, try to place yourself in suspended animation for a few decillion years and just hope something happens at some point, lol. But yeah, the pursuit of infinity does sound like an interesting purpose for a high tier civ. Though, I still think the intermediate is just as important. Particularly if by some fluke mankind is one of the only intelligent, technologically advanced lifeforms in our universe, it would fall to mankind to tend to life across the universe so that someday more intelligent beings might be born who can join the quest for infinity.
I have a question, is it possible to observe stars being covered in something similar to dyson sphere, when it absorbs most of the star released energy (and light)?
Are you kidding? We can't even agree on ancient underwater cities being ancient underwater cities. We are content to argue over whether or not a particular rock formation is naturally occurring or not, instead of agreeing on the evidence in front of us. And It matters not who that civilization was or what happened to them, what matters is the more questions we ask the more likely we are to stumble upon the right questions to ask in the first place.
a good way to start evolving more is by stopping all wars and start work together. In 2021 the whole world combined spend more than 2.2 trilion us dollars into the military. Imagine we used all this money into the research of nuclear fusion and we do that for the next 10 years. I am pretty sure that in 20 years we could then have working nuclear fusion reactors and if all countries unite we could help each other so every countrie has at least 3-4 nuclear fusion reactors (ofc f.e. china would need more). I am currently studying physics and I am way more interested in gravity than in nuclear fusion but I will probably in the future try to help the world in the nuclear fusion research because in my opinion its kinda the only way how to stop the climate change and evolve more

you need to read "Power vs Force", it kind of explains it. The higher we ascend, greed and self disappears. At a highest civilization.. the negative emotions of this 3rD doesn't exist. for example, love is considered level 600. If we were all level 600... disease, illness..ect.ect would not exist. There would be no need for doctors, attorneys, prisons..ect, at 600 only love is present. Crime exists below 200. Hence todays world, we are vibrating lower.

@@Mahlak_Mriuani_Anatman Well, so basically teleportation in the 3d dimension could work If I were to say it simply, literally replicating your whole body on atomic level. In short, through cloning. Imagine that you would have some sort of station, where you would go (Place A), the thingy would scan you and give the order to the Place B to form you back by atoms. Just the energy and precision that is required is too high for our technology to be able to pull it off. Another problem is with replicating the memories and other things as they are a form of electric impulses.

true.. we all came from one single cell organism that self replicated.. built every living thing on Earth through trial andverror. finally made a species that can harvest minerals in this rock. and eventually harvest other stars... but the human body is a little limited for space travel, easily harmed by radiation.. so now it needs humans to create A.i.. so maybe Nature can transfer itself in synthetic form to better traverse the stars... that single cell probably came from a type 7.. as soon as it detected a new big bang and expansion in space it did a little squirt of tiny organisms with encoded directions just let it sit for 14.7 billion years but might actually feel like 14 min for a type 7.. we just experience ti.e differently because of small we are compared to the macro universe a type 7 experiences.

That has been proven time and time again just so the same people keep power , that’s it , crazy as hell it is . Reset time.

2) complete globalization is a requirement for a type 1 civilization. Arbitrarily drawinggn the limit to a planet makes no sense. If other sentient life exists our interactions with them can be similar to two tribes on earth meeting for the first time. Why not look towards complete universalisation?

Do you see why I didn't seek a patent?

the only real reason for mankind to strive for higher tier civ is the possibility to stop entropy.
if any other civ has reached the point to find a way top outplay entropy, we cant catch up anyways. we would be doomed. the only real problem we have to fear, cuz we have the potential to outplay is the end of it all...
Stop entropy? I think the goal for a higher tier civ would be to find the original source of mass and energy rather than battle against entropy.
Moreover, that's so many billions or trillions of years away that any high tier civ could easily find a satisfying purpose in the intermediate.
@@taranwanderer7747 but isnt the inherent goal to all intelligent life to find a way to defeat transience? which is ultimately entropy for existence?
So its not the "goal" to become immortal
but to make existence infinite.
In all likelihood, you'd conclude roughly one of four things:

We are simply, what I call a unstable element.
Thing is also, we're psychically inferior. Flesh is unstable and will rot. Machines can live so much longer.
We must be dynamic. We can't live in a flesh-bodied structure.
Even though the advantages are so great, But as a traveler in the abyssal plains, All negatives, We'll not even last a moment.
Space damages our body, To fix that, you must sacrifice many things to get there unfortunately.
at that level there are no "competitors" This is one of the biggest lies humanity lives by that nature is solely competitive. The truth is nature is way more collaborative.
We’ve got bigger problems on earth to solve before we think about becoming anything more than we are now
Well, it's kind of like saying, why use boats to go to water if we're starving on land? There are answers to existing problems if we progress forward.
What if we are in a protected galactic park where the advanced species just leave us be to evolve or fail naturally.
true.. we all came from one single cell organism that self replicated.. built every living thing on Earth through trial andverror. finally made a species that can harvest minerals in this rock. and eventually harvest other stars... but the human body is a little limited for space travel, easily harmed by radiation.. so now it needs humans to create A.i.. so maybe Nature can transfer itself in synthetic form to better traverse the stars... that single cell probably came from a type 7.. as soon as it detected a new big bang and expansion in space it did a little squirt of tiny organisms with encoded directions just let it sit for 14.7 billion years but might actually feel like 14 min for a type 7.. we just experience ti.e differently because of small we are compared to the macro universe a type 7 experiences.
When you meet them , then don't forget to ask:" What do you do for a living"
If only we could find something that jump start our technology by 5000 years like in the mass effect games
AI
@MangoBerry420 ok another jumpstart then
yess
I think we can reach type one, but at a huge cost to our self
If Germany had won WW2 we'd probably be close to a type one civilization or even be one
I think it would be more at the cost of the power that the government holds over our lives. I think to reach type one we would have to finally work as one human race instead of a race divided!
@@AmondoShando Agreed. As long as the common people are slaves to the government and ruling elite and are fighting each other, humanity will not be able to progress to such a point.
@@AmondoShando true
One thing is for sure AI has a great future.
thats not for sure...
I’d say we are working kind of fast for 300,000 years of development relative to the age of the planet itself. Going throwing rocks to driving teslas it’s hard to imagine 10 million years from now.
We will integrate with AI and effectively become the Borg by then.
