I’m a speech therapist and that acrylic organizer would be great for speech cards! I bet it would be good for sight word cards too for assessments. Love our honest review and all your great ideas for how to use this planner!
I've been stalking your page all day! As usual, the best review 👌 I still love the horizontal so I'm gonna stick to it. The writing tools are all ALMOST perfect. Bring back the thin and thick sides, have the caps stay on, make the highlighters easier to hold 😬 but maybe it's a good thing otherwise I would have bought them all😅
LOL! they saved you some money:) But we would like them to be perfection anyway! They are so close:) And thank you for the kind compliment on my videos:) You are smart to stick with what you love and know works for you!
That is true:) I just prefer EC colors and paper. But that's a personal preference and I think Plum Paper is a great option. I've used them for my personal planning and loved them:)
Great video! A teacher planner won't work for me but I still like to look at all of the videos anyway. I then feel grateful, yet again, that I have time to decide now that I am set through December.
I love to window shop too:) Even planners that I know won't work for me right now are still fun to look at;) And yes- being a calendar year gal is an advantage in the planner world I think:)
This new vertical layout ECTP is 100% NOT for me - but I know that this is going to perfect for so many people (not just teachers). I’m going with the old faithful ECTP in Monday-Friday, horizontal layout. Now I’ve got to keep watching to see if they moved that “checklist” tab down so it isn’t hidden by the last “July” tab 🙄(that has been irking me for three years 😬).
I am sure you saw that the tab is still hidden:( I never noticed that issue because I never use the checklist! I am glad they are still making your old faithful horizontal! I can understand how that works well for people too and they don't want to switch:)
Thanks for thorough review. I’m currently in a cousin. But this seems like it might complement the school year/extracurriculars for my many kids as well. How does it compare to the momagenda? Like the paper and just feel of it ? I feel like they’d both be good for the school year but wondering which is most functional
The paper in Momagenda is 70# this paper is 80#. So the EC paper feels much thicker and the EC paper has "tooth" or texture to it. I think it really depends on what features you want in a planner and what size;) Both are good planners!
That's a good question. I guess we will find out this year for those that put it to the test in and out of a bag all day:) I think the price is great- if it holds up for a year I think it would be worth it;)
They do have a homeschool planner that is undated. And they usually do a teacher planner for Target that will come out at Back To School time there that is undated too:)
@@meg5344 Yeah I went it with that plan, but it proved a little cost prohibitive, lol. I realized that there were only a few pages from the homeschool planner I wanted and that they could be easily replicated on the grid pages in the teacher planer, so I ordered the spruced up teacher planner with the rose gold coil and extra pages instead.
I went and looked at the email with the information they sent me. I do not see anything about a 7x9 there. I do think this new vertical layout would be very popular in a 7x9! I would even like it. We need to request that in the EC yearly survey:)

💰 $10 off first purchase: bit.ly/2AykIRa
I’ve waited for Erin Condren to do this for well over five years. Now reminds me of the mom agenda except you get the amazing Erin Condren paper.
It is similar with the sections to MomAgenda...but a lot bigger page!

Also, it reminds me of mom agenda a bit 👍
Great ideas on using that acrylic organizer:) Thanks for watching:)
Someone else said that about Momagenda too!

The darker highlighters can be used to “flag” sick days, holidays, etc.
Good idea! they would work great for that;)
I prefer Plum Paper because you can customize every heading.
And with plum paper you can choose from multiple layouts.
That is true:) I just prefer EC colors and paper. But that's a personal preference and I think Plum Paper is a great option. I've used them for my personal planning and loved them:)

Thanks for sharing the teacher release 💛My Activity Book is adorable!
I agree Kim:) I hope you have a beautiful weekend:)

This is similar to the plum paper 8.5x11 teacher planner option #4. I like the EC paper better but the design of plum paper.
Thanks for sharing that;) I agree that Plum Paper has some great teacher options too- and I also agree that I like EC paper a lot better;)
Acrylic for Washi maybe
yes! It can work for washi...although the dimensions aren't made just for washi so it only fits 2 normal size rolls per section:)

Did they test to see if that clear plastic cover will yellow or get fragile at all?

Nice review, I wish they come undated.

@@AmandasFavorites Oh that is awesome!! Thank you Amanda.
I think I’m going to be that person that gets the homeschool planner and the teacher planner, uncoils them, then recoils parts of them back together.
Oh, I hadn't even thought of that!
I wish I could do this! If I could afford it 😂
@@meg5344 Yeah I went it with that plan, but it proved a little cost prohibitive, lol. Will the teacher planner come in the 7 x 9?

Great review as always! Do you know if any of the other you tubers have the softbound teacher planner? I’d love to see it before I purchase.
Does Erin condren offer disc bound/punched?
Erin condren does not have a disc bound or punched option.
The closest you will get is ring inserts.
Thanks for answering!
What size is this planner?
It's 8.5 x 11
