I was searching for this demo the night before my first back-combed balayage to no avail! (Did a search for Guy Tang balayage--go figure). well my client had virtually no damaaaage, nor texture to her locks so I cranked in the back-combing and experienced the hell Guy is referring to here upon my efforts at post-process detangling. I thad remembered the instruction about back combing underneath, but alas, none of her fine, smooth, untextured hair would stay put. Shoulda used some hairspray or Thick Body or somthing because combing out that back-combed mess was a nightmare! Albeit the results were pretty, I am eager to discover alternative techniques to achieve the same thing if possible. Enough about me though! Guy, your beautiful client now has equally beautiful hair! So many people will relate the song and i cried the other day about how me and my boyfriend really argue and how I feel really low and then I hear we can make up. Unfortunately I have spoken with a registered dietician and orthopedic doctor. Both have said collagen supplements aren't worth the hype. The orthopedic doctor said he has read studies and that collagen gets excreted for the most part and medical studies have not proven that collagen actually goes to the areas that you intend them to go( ex: to your joints, hair, skin, etc.) My dietician said just drink bone broth if you want benefits.
I love watching ur videos cuz it shows me how i can manage my hair better. I don't color my hair often. I like going to a beauty school to do my color cuz i know they will take care of my hair and make it feel more soft than it ever has before. Thank u for the educational videos Guy Tang

Btw, I live in Houston, Texas. We have a very large Asian community down here. The food is absolutely delicious!! I love it!! We have been living in Houston for over 30 years now. We moved down here because of my husband's job. We are originally from Queens, New York. We haven't lived there for over 40 years now. The people down here are great!! They are very friendly and kind. They help everyone and anyone, especially, when we went through Hurricane Harvey in August of 2017. That was a horrible storm. A lot of people died during that storm. However, people can learn to be kind toward one another, if they try hard enough. It really isn't that hard to be kind to other people. I do it all the time. However, I love people, anyway. Maybe, that's why I worked in the retail industry for a very long time. I don't work in retail any longer because of my back problems. That's one of the reasons why I retired from working. My back can't take it any longer. But, I do miss the interaction with the customers. Most of them were so sweet and kind. Some of them weren't. But, I tried to make them laugh and put a smile on their face, anyway. It made me feel better and made them feel better, too. That's the main thing in life. Isn't it?? Just saying. 😊

After seeing and watching everything that you do, I'm trying to tell these girls who were shopping whatt to do. They didn't listen to me 😳 they went with the salesperson, so I'm sure her hair is not going to be what she wanted.. thank you for teaching me so much because my hair looks really good and I do it myself and I'll be 60 soon but I love it. I just put a toner on today. It was a week-long process for me but it was worth the work. U both compliment each other very well. The client hair didn't look good mid way through when I thought u were done but I stayed on. Thank goodness cz the last dry, the finale looks great! Probably cz I'm into lighter hair rn.

They only get a glaze over hair color and im like 90% sure their info is so outdated and they probably don't keep up to date with new knowledge
The girls at Sally's really don't get that great of training. They just recommend the products that are "most commonly used"

Bring in a photo! And if it doesn’t work out ask why. Sometimes if your not light enough you can’t become a dark ash blonde.
