I have a question. Are you living together with your boyfriend? What are the rules for living together without being married? I have read that it's not allowed but many do so. What can you tell me about this? Me and my boyfriend are planning on moving to Dubai but not sure if we need to marry. Thanks for answering!
What about holding hands or toughing a relative or husband/wife in public? Family was looking into going to UAE. One of our relative wants to go see Masdar.

The one about accidents was truly surprising, in particular because of the severity of the fine/jail time. Ease to follow by the way, and sometimes in western countries the press even interfere with res que to dive in the gore. What I am trying to say is :it’s surprising, but one can understand what they are trying to avoid.
Hello, great information, thank you. Dubai is famous for supercars, expensive and special cars. Is it allowed to photograph them? My son and I would like to visit Dubai but he is very interested in photographing these cars. We wouldn’t want to get in trouble ofcourse.

It's so hard to find the boundary since the information is a little blurry. I've asked Instagram travelers and local people. They said it's fine, and they wore whatever they wanted. Of course, I wouldn't want to disrespect the culture, and that's why I wanted to check and to make sure. ;-; It's so hard.

Hi Oksy Vlogs!! I am moving to Dubai next month for a new career and love all of your videos. Very useful info. Luckily I have been before, for 6 months, but it has been a while. What do you like to do there, for average not so touristy fun?
I am in college right now, though am a non-traditional student. I am 34 and live in the United States. I should graduate by age 37 (I know, so old, lol). I am debating between a management and marketing degree right now, or just going ahead and getting both since so many of the classes are the same. I really want to work in Dubai most likely. Might you have any advice for me? I have mostly worked in healthcare in my past; I've never had a truly professional job. I was thinking about maybe studying digital marketing while in college and doing social and digital marketing work while in college (and perhaps after as well). Do you think I could get a decent job in Dubai with this kind of experience? Is it hard to get a job in Dubai? I had read somewhere that a lot of the digital marketing work is outsourced to India, but I'm not sure how true that is. Sorry for asking all of these questions. Also, I love your accent; I used to work with a nurse from the Ukraine. :)
Hey Oksy. I’ve lived in Dubai for two years now and am thinking about starting my own vlog. Thanks for the inspiration! Can you tell me about the legality of vlogging, say at Kite Beach, and someone is unintentionally in the background of my footage, or if someone is in my B-roll at the spice souk. Can I legally use that footage for a UA-cam post?
Good question. I was also taking a video of me around City Walk and was stopped by a security informing me that it's not allowed. It is really so hard to vlog here in UAE specially in public areas wherein it is inevitable to capture other people.
