The question of the devil's made of fire, does it feel pain, I always remembered the story about the sheikh who was questioned by that question, and slap the questioner in the face. When asked why, sheik said, that's the answer.

I learn Sufism since 40 years ago never once my Guru teach us about Devil. So I ask Him, he said the Devil is nothing! The Devil was given some kind of responsibility by Allah.

I always interpreted the angels prostrating to humans as them serving humans. Like each angel has a role that serves a purpose for humans. It’s crazy how the devil ended up serving humans in the end despite not wanting to and he did it unknowingly and by his own will.

He talks about the devil misled by his ego. A spiritual being made of fire doesn’t need no higher power to turn to sin. Why would we?

There need not to be a deliberate actor behind all psychological development.
An example would be of that of operant conditioning, for example, where you learn something by trial. A man looking to catch fish might try casting his lure at essentially random spots in the nearby waters. In some spots, he doesn't get any bites, so he starts to avoid going there, thinking it's a waste of time. If he gets a lot of catch in one area, he might keep returning to it, thinking that he's on to something there. Over time, he starts to visit his favorite spots more and more often, and perhaps trying new random spots only occasionally. There is no conscious actor behind the scenes shaping this behavioral change in the fisherman, no "devil-of-fishing". He is merely adapting to his environment, and doing more of what he found to be rewarding in the past.
Now, this type of learning doesn't necessarily explain all the psychological changes we see in people over time, but it's meant to demonstrate that psychological change in itself doesn't imply the existence of a devil or a similar deceiving actor. Especially if the types of behaviors looking to be explained are the likes of drinking alcohol or lying, then it seems that someone might be induced to do more of those things if he has found his past experiments with them rewarding or pleasurable.
The existence of hesitation or conflict regarding the best course of action to take in life also doesn't seem like proof of the devil.
If, say, drinking alcohol has both benefits (like feeling good momentarily, getting away from your problems and so on) and drawbacks (condemnation from society, risk of addiction or even a chance of going to hell), then it might not be trivial to deduce whether drinking alcohol is a net positive choice or whether it will impact your life negatively. If someone hesitates to buy a particular car or to marry a specific person, it doesn't necessarily mean that the must be a devil around clouding his mind. He could just be trying to assess all the information regarding the world and his own preferences and make a deliberated judgement.

After all, Iblis's ego was exposed by Allah's command to prostrate to Prophet Adam.
It is incredible how Iblees was rewarded with being elevated to the high heavens for his piety and loyalty to Allah, only to throw it away in an instant because of overwhelming ego and racism.
Maybe the test is: *Creations of whom have free will have a choice of walking towards Allah and salvation or walk away and suffer damnation*
Or maybe, Iblees was appointed as some kind of "filter" for Man and Jinn, to see who succumbs to temptation and sin and who overcomes evil through great effort and be rewarded.
