New to the Islamic religion was born and raised Christian but recently discovered the beauty of Islam and have been reading the Quran on the Muslim pro app on my phone since. Eventually I would like to get a physical copy for myself but the app will do for now. I would like to revert but for some reason I am nervous about being accepted as a Muslim and because I am new to this I am nervous that I don’t know enough about it to join the religion I understand the basic fundamentals of Islam but there are lots of differences between the Bible and the Quran that I do not know yet and feel as though I am obligated to know before joining if anyone can relate I would love to discuss this further Alhamdulillah

I am also a revert and I would advise you to go to a local mosque find a sheikh and take your shahada it is such a beautiful experience and I can tell you that I learn something new about Islam everyday it is beautiful alhamdulillah. I can tell you you will be accepted with open arms and once you accept Islam know that you strengthening your bond with Allah SWT

When I was in my early 20's, I thought Islam is very masculine religion and unfair to woman. But as I get older and watched so many Islamic contents and enhance my knowledge and information about my own faith. I realized that if we really applied Islamic teachings in our daily lives correctly, maybe our lives would be better and fairer. So, my conclusion is wrong, Islam is not masculine, in fact Islam gives man a greater responsibility to create an ideal life and environment for their family.
I grew up in family that was not ideal, where my father not really religious and have knowledge about Islam teachings so he neglected his roles and responsibility as a husband and a father. So does my brothers, they are busy with their own business and they don't play big roles to take care of their parents and sister that just lost her job.
And the ummah have bigger responsibility
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious and Most Merciful
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ إِلَّا تَفْعَلُوهُ تَكُن فِتْنَةٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِيرٌ
And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so [i.e. become allies, as one united block under one Khalifah (a chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world) to make victorious Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism], there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism) and oppression on the earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism). 8: 73
Why are we Muslims not talking about reestablishing the power and control Allah SWT give us from the beginning? The command is to unite under one Khalifah.
The number one concern on the minds of the Muslims is the tragedy in Gazza. The destruction in Gazza is worse than that of Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined. The Zionist Israelis are the modern day Amelak as they were a tribe from nation of the Israelites and their brutality in Gazza and West Bank is the evidence.
We have to listen to what Allah SWT is saying to us in the above verse and from the beginning.
"And Remember when your Lord said to the Angels, I am going place Khalifah on earth".... 2: 30
You see the UN which is controlled by USA, is dead body in the muddy water as every resolution passed by majority, is vetoed by USA. Which means we have to create a balance of power in the world by creating United League of Muslim Nations. Which is to reestablish the Caliphate because we are children of Adam, peace be upon him .
"United League of Muslim Nations" under one Khalifah will be a strictly defensive Force with a quick response to any threat to the Ummah of Islam.
And it is easy to do it. It will be the Council of Muftis, from which they will choose the Khalifah. Under the Khalifah will be a seat for a Mufti from every country in world with 100,000 plus Muslim population as Islam is for entire World. From every municipality we will choose a representative till we have the Council of Muftis for that country with a Grand Mufti of that country to sit in the Council of Muftis under the Khalifah. All communication can be done remotely with everyone working from home. Most effective and real democratic way of governing where all decisions are made by the Council of Muftis but the Khalifah having the final say. Under the Khalifah, the "ULMN" will have its own army, navy and Air Force under one commander for defending the entire ummah. We already have the hardware from major Muslim countries. They just have to be relabeled "ULMN" when they out to defend any part of the Ummah like removing the Mediterranean Sea blockade by Israelis.The four letters "ULMN" will be enough to deter anyone from doing what is happening in Gazza today. But we have to be the Nation of Al Muttaqun for Allah SWT is saying now:
"You are the Best of People ever raised up for Mankind, enjoining what is Good, forbidding what is evil and believing in Allah SWT" .... Quran 3: 110
Then how can we go wrong when the fear of "ULMN" will overwhelm the hearts of our enemies?
That is what Islam is and we are Muslims to resolve every matter in a Peaceful manner, Insha Allah. Alhamdu Lillah.
If no one is willing to act as the acting Khalifah, I will be the acting Khalifah till one is chosen and I sincerely invite all Muslims to join me in this effort, for if we fail but we will never fail, we will still get one Hashanah for our intentions, Insha Allah

Muhammad demanded the protection of armed bodyguards, even in a house of worship (Qur’an 4:102).
👉 Jesus chastised anyone attempting to defend him with force and didn’t travel armed and guarded (John 18:10-12; Mark 14:48-50; Luke 22:52-53)
Muhammad advocated crucifying others who oppose him (Qur’an 5:33)
👉 Jesus was himself crucified for the benefit of others (Matthew 20:28; 27:35; Mark 10:45; 15:25; Luke 23:33; John 19:18)
Muhammad had others give their lives for him (Sahih Muslim 4413)
👉 Jesus willingly gave his life for others (Matthew 20:28; 26:28; Mark 10:45; 14:24; John 10:11,18; 15:12-13)
Bonus: Allah is an enemy of disbelievers (Qur’an 2:98)
👉 God is love and desires everyone to be saved, and that none should perish (John 3:16; 1 John 4:8; 1 Timothy 2:3-4)
Hopefully, by now you can see that Islam and Christianity are not even remotely alike, have no basis or connection to one another, and fully contradict. Muhammad called for violence repeatedly and lived a corrupt, selfish and lavish lifestyle. Something no true prophet of the Scriptures ever was like, especially not Jesus. If Islam is meant to ‘correct’ Christianity, and Muhammed is meant to be the last great prophet following after Jesus… then why did he live a life and teach a belief directly opposed to everything Jesus said and stood for? Islam holds Jesus very highly, yet Muhammed lived nothing like Jesus, and thinks he came to correct everything Jesus taught his followers; the whole system is a contradiction!
To summarise: the two religions are diametrically opposed in every way conceivable. Islam may claim a common root in Abraham but that's really where any commonalities end, as I hope you can see by now that we can't all be worshipping the same God if their teachings contradict.
Only the true religion of peace and love can be found in Christianity through Christ Jesus, the Son of God.
