This video shows how to determine the pin out on a D'Addario/Planet Waves modular snake system. The modular snake system follows the Tascam pinning (vs Yamaha) which I listed below. The process used in determining the pinning in the video will apply to all DB25 systems regardless of manufacturer.

G= Ground
C= Cold
H = Hot
CH 1: G=25, C=12, H=24
CH 2: G=11, C=23, H=10
CH 3: G=22, C=9, H=21
CH 4: G=8, C=20, H=17
CH 5: G=19, C=6, H=18
CH 6: G=5, C=17, H=4
CH 7: G=16, C=3, H=15
CH 8: G=2, C=14, H=1

I think you got Ch1 wrong on table on the right… 14 should be 24, correct?

Tascam and Yamaha analog cables should be wired the same. The AES versions are different.
