Really good effort, the camera adds a new dimension to the ride. It shows a lot of the bike movement and helps with spatial awareness as well. Color saturation look good too.
Metzeler Sportec M9RR good in summer, pissing rain and so far good in cold. I had the M7RR and had them down at -11°C so hope my new boots are the same if not better in all conditions.

I put road 5 gt's on mine, the rear is a 190. It is the exact same width as the 200 stock tire, and only 3mm smaller in diameter. They handle so much better than the S22's in every situation. I have friends and customers who get it in their head that they must have the Power 5, they wear out usually in under 4000 miles, often times much faster.

Hi Shaun, I hope you don't mind a trio of Gopro question on ND filters. Which ones do you use for vlogging? If you do use them, do you use them with hypersmoth on? Lastly, can they be fitted over the max lens mod (depending on type used). Personally, I think the Max lens mod is another great tool to use for creating footage and it will be interesting to see footage if not already done so for track days or hill/mountain climbs.
Hi Neill No problem at all! I use ND filters from Telesin, and yes hyper smooth is on. I keep looking but as yet no one has made any for the Max lens mod on the hero 9, just for the normal lens. Hopefully someone does!
Generally they were great, it was just in the really cold winter months I struggled to keep the heat in. Understandable I suppose, as it is a sports tire and not Sports/Touring.

Yeah definitely has its Pro's! But for me it would make the bigger camera even bigger, which isn't ideal for helmet mounted, and because I ride all year round, and make content in all kinds of weather, it would make waterproofing much harder, easier done with the hero 7 which is still a great camera.
S22 sucks in the winter, good to know. Try the RS11 s. Its what comes with the R-1, n they a great price like the S22 n seem good in chilly weather. But im just in the break-in period so maybe thats y. Also i got the HERO 10 to with the max lens mod, sick AF round 🇱🇷🐉here🐉🇱🇷. Its worth a look
It is this lens mod that will probs have me sell my GoPro Max and get the 9, as the image quality is so much better from the 9 than the Max in Hero mode.

Hi, just ordered the new hero 9 with the new max lense, just wondering which mount you use, is it the ram mount with the claw grip ? So far I’ve fixed my old GoPro on my bike with a suction cup and the GoPro clamp and it fell off both times but really like the look of your mount and it looks very secure . @Aaron Lovett Haven't changed the bulb yourself to upgrade it have you? Special bulbs made for plastic lenses (well was/is on cars, bikes would be the same I would think.)
Hope they are replacing it under warranty for you. Have they said what caused it? Think I'd want some asurance it ain't going to happen again when it's out of warranty.

If you get any resistance, I'd seek some advice, Citizens Advice would be my first option, as it's free! And it's straight forward Sales of Goods Act 1979 (kind of assuming you are in the UK) To my eyes that falls under 'unfit for purpose'. Depends on the costs involved I suppose and how much you want to fight. I'd certainly give it a go.
I've been a Gopro guy for years and have the 4, 5 and 7 black but I'm a bit sick of the issues you point out of getting the accessories and of how quickly their expensive latest greatest camera gets replaced with a newer latest greatest. The media mod from the 8 doesn't even fit the 9 My money is going to the new Insta one X2, currently on it's way.
Regarding your tyres, are they OE or replacements? i ask as i've seen somewhere that factory fitted tyres arent the same spec as replacement tyres. Also, i have S22's on my 600 trackbike and theyve been brilliant. I found them to need attention to pressure tho as they can get too hot when the tarmac warms up. Going by Bridgestones recomendation i start at 30 PSI cold for a cold track morning and drop to 26 (rear) when its a hotter day.
Yes the S22 are OE on the Super Duke, but have you ridden you track bike on the track in winter? We're all different, but struggle to keep them turned on in the cold.

Think this was at 1080p 24fps, I always play around with the shutter speed for different effects. A lot of the time the shutter speed I set at twice the frame rate, which creates nice motion blur, but you then need to use nd filters. The standard gopro colour is pretty good, but if you use Flat colour you can adjust it more in post.

Most of the time in have the camera sharpness settings to high, seems a lot don't. Again you can reduce the sharpness and add it after in post. My go to settings are: 1080p at 24fps Shutter speed at auto Iso min 100 max never really over 600, on very sunny days then I set the max also to 100, and add an nd filter. Gopro colour That's pretty much the basic settings, but things may change, as you do have to adjust these settings. On cloudy days I'd go less on an nd filter, and up the iso max to 600.
I film in 1080p and render in 1080. For the riding and filming that I do, filming in 4k would be a disaster! The files would be massive, the PC probably couldn't handle it all. If you nail your settings then 4k isn't really necessary. Still has its uses, don't get me wrong, but it's over kill for the filming that I do.
Switch gear was fine! A bloody stone flew down the exhaust pipe, probably from riding through that dug up road, and jammed the exhaust servo which screwed up the electronics. Bike goes into like a safe mode, where pretty much nothing works. All should be revealed in Andymancams next video of out Thüringewald tour👍

Dare I ask why? I think 190's are approved by ktm to run, and I know for sure the 2019 has the same 6" wide rim and a 190 tire.
In this country you're only permitted to put the size of trye on, that is stated in the bike docs.

I haven't tried it! Unfortunately on the current software the mic adaptor won't work, that should be sorted on the next update.

Yes its a RAM mount! Its secured in the original mirror mounts, with a ball joint👍😜

Yes it would be too big for me, and tbh you probably wouldn't benefit much from the horizon lock, as your head takes care of that to an extent.
