In the Thai Saute, I use tasty Thai herbs and spices to make the fish flavorful and cook it in a pan until it's crispy outside and tender inside, just like how they do it in Thailand.
For the Japanese deep-fried fish marinated with Chili Vinegar, I marinate the fish in a special mixture of chili-infused vinegar, giving it a tangy and spicy taste. Then, I deep-fry the fish until it's golden and crunchy, just like they do in Japan.
