Qatar's Proud Hamour: Asian-style Steamed Grouper

Today I will be making Asian-style boiled fish using Hamour (grouper), the pride of Qatar.
This is a very delicious boiled fish with fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and coriander. Please try this recipe when you have fresh hamour.
I'm sure you'll experience a different way to taste hamour.
