That bag with one box in it happens all the time because you will have another full bag with the same isle code stickers for that isle in the sort center. The bag got full and was changed out and when sort got done the new bag only had one box in it. Usually when I am doing pick and sort I will combine the bag in the isle with the full one on the end of the isle to avoid giving drivers a bag with one package in it. I will fold the bag up and leave it on the cart for the driver to scan, but they can then leave it at the delivery sort facility and have one less bag in the van, especially during peak.

These are literal slave jobs and they should strike until they are paid a non embarrassing amount of money for what is, by any metric, hard physical labor. I may have stayed if they had put me on the registers up front, but they had me doing tasks that were, frankly, insulting. I like Target, I like their stores and love some of their merchandise, but if you're over 40 years old, you cannot do these jobs. And if you're over 40, you need to be in good shape.
@SelenaNorinh I was working at a FC and asked HR about it though my supervisor told me and I can't work both. I quit delivering for Amazon after I caught pneumonia from trying to do the job on a rainy day.
You could have caught pneumonia going to the store. Rain doesn't cause pneumonia
Whoa, that’s rough! Hope you’re feeling better now. Rainy days can be brutal for delivery peeps!
@@davidaustin4407 Tell that to William Henry Harrison.
Some goats drink beer. I think that goat is drunk🤣🤣😏😏
I give big credits to any doing delivery jobs. I did service work and it's just as bad. You learn, laugh and just move on.
It really does build character for sure!
You have to keep baldy in swimming Pools and blue pool tables.😅
They will practically hire anyone, even with a record.
soooo true!
Literally super literally super literally super literally super literally super literally super literally super. When do you break out the adult vocabulary? I am literally super serious about that question. Literally!
I literally have no idea! Sorry James, "Literarily" is my verbal crutch :). Its Literally or thats crazy.
I start tomorrow wish me luck
oh goodness! good luck you got this!
@@SelenaNorinh they told me come back tmm 😂
@@SelenaNorinh thank you 🙏🏽
I’m too old for that job for sure 😂
These are literal slave jobs and they should strike until they are paid a non embarrassing amount of money for what is, by any metric, hard physical labor. I took a seasonal job at Target thinking it was a beauty sales and promotion job, but it wasn't. It was nothing but pulling/stocking merchandise. I quit after a month. I may have stayed if they had put me on the registers up front, but they had me doing tasks that were, frankly, insulting. I like Target, I like their stores and love some of their merchandise, but if you're over 40 years old, you cannot do these jobs. And if you're over 40, you need to be in good shape.
And if you work for DSP you can't work at any Amazon Warehouse Don't make sense.
That not true I switched to an Amazon warehouse without any issues. Just for some extra spending money.
@SelenaNorinh I was working at a FC and asked HR about it though my supervisor told me and I can't work both. I went ahead and applied for DSP and got hired and when I downloaded the DSP app. For the next steps I got locked out of the app. and that was the end of my DSP job.
Yes, if you resign from DSP and then work for 1 of the warehouses shouldn't be an issue.
They are not professional delivery drivers, and it shows. Not up to par with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Easy job, decent money, nobody breathing down your back, no two days the same, sounds like you don’t want to work.
hahah I just didnt want to work THIS job! Huge respect for anyone that does.
@@SelenaNorinh what “job” do you want to work. I’ll let you in on a little secret to life that will make you successful, don’t get a job, find a career.
@@_DB.COOPER no one breathing down your neck? Yet there's a gps tracker in the phones or vans and some dsp's also put cameras in their vans so you're constantly being watched. If you actually come in and do your job and get done in a timely manner you will be rewarded with having to bail out the consistently slow drivers every day with no incentives whatsoever. And they typically get the smallest routes already. These people make the same money as you do yet you have to work twice as hard. Hard work doesn't pay off there.
That first video 😳
You’re telling me hahah
I mean no disrespect. I'm laughing actually. Anyone born 2015 and down, make sure you incessantly use two words.. " literally " and " super "
Hahaha how old do you even think I am ☠️😂
A job is a job.
Amazon drivers get no respect from other delivery companies...they act like they are ambulance drivers parking anywhere for LONG periods of time(blocking step vans of UPS FedEx etc)the youth and lack of training/common sense makes Amazon logistics a nightmare😂😂😂😂😂😂😂..THEY ARE NO BETTER THEN THE OTHER COMPANIES they are way worse😂😂😂😂
Turnover rate is high, means bye bye from the interview.
Weird, the two people who deliver for Amazon in my (house) area love it and have been since he start
Sure they do... the only 2 people in the country who love to be treated like slave labor...
They must not live in areas where it snows
@@SelenaNorinh lol, Colorado
@@PolPotsPieHole dang! Well good for them! They’re stronger than me for sure. 🙂
@@SelenaNorinh yep to each there own. Its hard work, no doubt about it.
Well! It's a good thing you didn't work for USPS! FAR WORSE THAN AMAZON I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW!
Oh I believe you!
You want to know something? I worked there for 2 months and boy was it a threat to my mental health!
How does that guy fell off the truck 😮😮😮😂😂😂
Magic!! lol
Drivers should quit. Put Amazon out of business and people would start shopping at mom and pop stores again
Why do fools apply to work at Amazon?
Thanks for delivering my online order!
Is crazy they want you to do 190 to 200 stops a day.
Amazon be WILD!!!!
190 stops a day is too hard? Too bad, try being a mailman!
Amazon needs to unionize ! #make Amazon pay
At this point, I think even the boxes are starting to demand a raise! 📦💰
Why unionize? Benefits and pay are better than most without a good education. You want a better job? Learn a trade or earn a degree. Stop thinking an employer should pay you for lifestyle.
Amazon sucks, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with their five senses
for real tho!
