My 8 year journey in almost 9 minutes!
It's not about just the weight difference but more about something the naked eye can't see.
Every time I look back and see a picture of how I used to be as a kid, it makes me wonder who I would be if it hadn't been for that one moment when I decided to make a change.
Weak, insecure, scared, bullied, skinny, unconfident you name it, that was literally me back then.
You've probably heard and seen the same story a million times and honestly, there are tons of body transformations out there way better than mine.
But what makes mine different?
You see, when I first started, it was all about trying to get big and strong because I thought by achieving that would solve most of my problems.
Wrong! Even though achieving a great physique could bring many perks like increased confidence and not getting picked up all the time etc... there was one thing I realized I lacked training in. Wanna guess what that was?
All those setbacks over the years and the relentless work ethic of not giving up and getting back up no matter what without even realizing it, helped me train the most important thing that many of us lack training in, my mentality.
I started from scratch multiple times, and it really sucked trust me. But even though so far my journey has been very difficult, it shaped me into the person that I am really proud to see in the mirror.
Of course this is not over and I still have a lot of bread to eat but I am so blessed to have made it this far and to have the opportunity to share this story with you all warriors.
In the past, I shared my 5-year body transformation journey but even though I was satisfied with the result, I realized I missed out a lot of information.
This video isn't just created to add to that story years later; it's primarily because I believe it's my duty to all you warriors to share this journey and hopefully it inspires you to start if you haven't already, on your own path towards becoming the best version of yourself.

Firstly thank you for those kind words brother, glad you like it. As far as the pictures in the end that's a very good thing you mentioned and I knew it will be slightly confusing for some. So basically these 8 years so far I've started from scratch every year pretty much and those pictures represent my ages from 17-24 before and after every setback I had. Hope that helped.
