• cocoa powder (11.2g | 1.5 TBSP)
• baking powder (1.2g | 1/4 tsp)
RASPBERRY FILLING
• gelatin, sheets (2 pcs)
• water for swelling the gelatin (app. 135ml | 1/2 cup + 1 TBSP)
• raspberries, frozen or fresh (250g | 2 cups)
• coconut | cane sugar (28g | 2 TBSP)
• water (25ml | 1 2/3 TBSP)
CREAM FILLING
• gelatin, sheets (2pcs)
• water for swelling the gelatin (app. 135ml | 1/2 cup + 1 TBSP)
• whipping cream (127g | 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tsp)
• yogurt, creamy (130g | 1/2 cup + 1 1/2 tsp)
• coconut / cane sugar (14g | 1 TBSP)
• vanilla extract (2.17g | 1/2 tsp)
