I really enjoy how Sandra educates her clients, is honest, and extremely knowledgeable about her market. If I were a realtor, I would watch her interactions with clients....ubber professional!

That was definitely not the way to go about getting a home. You wouldn't give notice and only have 1 month to find and move in somewhere, thats ridiculous. Sandra said there was alot of places in the area but they only saw 3. He should have just stayed where he was for awhile, while looking for a place. Also jumping the gun at the last second on the 94 is such a bad move, especially on his budget.
I think there was an updated episode of different buyers, and he was one interviewed that did regret it in the long run.
Did he give a reason?
Me too! By far my favorite HGTV personality. I think she would be really fun to have one too many martinis with!

Wonder why Sandra didn't seem too excited in this particular sale. She's didn't seem to like Noel very much or thought he would fail in this house purchase or something. Something I've never seen in Sandra before..

Watching this today, he probably lost his job during Covid. Prices in 2024 in comparison are insane. Wow, max $360,000 today wouldn’t get a micro studio.
it's true, the prices were very much different than they are today. We complained back then! Now the people who had the courage to become homeowners are pretty happy
no owner would wait for better deal

you seriously need to go to english school kid,he is a very nice guy,he didnot say that.,,he said it would be nicer if i get this property for cheaper which everyone would have done.,he is not greedy at all
