Hello!! Thank you so so much, I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it 😊 Absolutely, we would!!! We love NZ so much. I’d love to visit in summer tho, I have only ever been in the colder months. Thanks for the support! Phoebe x
Thanks for these videos. We’re heading to NZ from San Diego next week. We’ll be staying in a camper van. Love the tips on what to wear especially :) If you come to Southern California let me know. We have the camper van scene dialed here! We can share lots of tips for your next video series
Great video! Learnt some useful tips for my next campervan trip in NZ in two weeks :) Some campervans run on gas instead of batteries which means you can run everything full steam for 4-5 nights of freedom camping! Useful when you are in remote areas of the South Island :)
Little Grey Box thank you! Also I subscribed to your channel! :) You have some great destination ideas around Brisbane that I will need to check for sure! The campervans we rented from Wildenerness campervans are so good! So luxurious and around the same price you paid for yours (3 weeks $3200+$500 insurance to liability down to $500) for their top range Glider 4. The gas systems is great, it runs the fridge, hot water, lights and heating so you never had to worry about the battery running flat plus it had a display showing battery levels. Flights atm are $179 (air NZ) one way to Christchurch from Brisbane, so worth going! :)
Hahaha It still sounds right even when I re-read it now 😂😂 We’re on the road filming some more adventure videos for you guys now! Get read for some Paris, Singapore and Hanoi fun 😍
WELL HELLO LITTLE GREY BOX !...HOW ARE YOU 2 AWSOME TRAVELLERS !....GREAT VIDEO PRESENTATION ( As Always )...VERY COOL VIDEO !!!....SO YEAH I JUST WANNA GO TRAVELLING AND RIP IT UP!!!lol.😊. .Skydiving !..Very Brave !!....Hey Guys this is Caen dropping by to Say # Hello and have Fun 😉😂😎👀👍.🍕
Currently enjoying your NZ RV videos as I too am about to embark on my own NZ snow adventure & road trip. It has been a great help. You mentioned using duffle bags instead of hard cases but if you have to use large hard cases where do you put them??
We took hard cases and had to move them around (from memory). I think we stashed them up the top in the sleeping area sometimes and we may have been able to fit one of the smaller cases in a spare storage space under the seats at the back I think. Definitely easier to bring soft bags if you can!
You would have saved a couplee hundy if you had shopped at Pac n Save,it's a lot cheaper than the other alternatives, and they are huge stores as well,so they have a lot,and they sell alcohol.
Damn!! We definitely should've done that! I love that you can buy booze from the supermarkets in NZ, it makes it so much easier to grab dinner and some beers all at once.
Obviously peanut butter is #1 essentials 😆. Thanks for sharing your itinerary. Good tip for the suitcase! I personally would rather do glamping with a car instead of going with a motorhome. I want to start in Auckland in February 2021 en finish in Christchurch in March 2021. I am planning to go with Korean Air for Amsterdam-Seoul-Auckland with a stopover of 3 days in Seoul and go with Singapore Airlines for Christchurch-Singapore-Amsterdam while taking 3 days in Singapore. Still unsure about what to do between Auckland and Christchurch except for the catapult bungeejump and the skydive. I think I will take 5 weeks in total, while 4 weeks in New Zealand, 2 weeks in the North Island, 2 weeks in the South island and 1 week for travel and stopovers. How does that sound to you? Have a great weekend! ✌
Oh we missed this comment Felix :( hahah yes Peanut Butter is always #1. That sounds like one hell of a trip! I've never personally been to the North Island but I would spend more time south... but I might be biased :) Matt
😂😂😂😂 it’s a new winter thing where dogs ride sleds! 🤔🐶😂 Fk! My mind switched those two words around and it came out real weird 😂 thanks for watching! Phoebe x
