I have autism and some of my behaviours as a youngster used to concern people. This young boy is going to face some real difficulties in his life. Not everyone is nice or tolerant. I've face a lot of difficulties in my life as an autistic man. Sometime I come across as rude to people when I don't intend to be. He seems like an intelligent cheeky little guy and I quite like him, despite his uncontrollable cussing. I'm not bothered by swearing, but I find certain situations and sound to be very stressful. I was sectioned in 2010 when I was 21, my life since I was 13 until recent years was quite challenging.
That would help chill him out ironically. The more people don't get offended and just treat them like people the less stressed they will get, and that means they will do a lot less tics

Ya kidding? He literally had tears in his eyes and he put the tag in his mouth to try to stop himself. Also, because it was a stressful situation his tics will get worse. If he wasn't as stressed then he would do other smaller tics. He might wolfwhisle or click his tongue. Anything. And it seems to me he has it pretty bad.

No he is not. Cursing and swearing is caused by damage to the amygdala, a region of the brain that normally mitigates anger and aggression. Because cursing is a form of verbal aggression, amygdala damage results in the inability to control aggression, including verbal aggression, or cursing. Swearing is rare and only affects about 1 in 10 people with Tourette's syndrome. There's no cure for Tourette's syndrome, but treatment can help manage symptoms. Tics in response to an environmental trigger can appear to be voluntary or purposeful but are not. Although the cause of TS is unknown, current research points to abnormalities in certain brain regions, including the basal ganglia, frontal lobes, and cortex circuits that connect these regions Neurotransmitters (dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine) responsible for communication between nerve cells (neurons) Gender also plays an important role in TS gene expression. At-risk males are more likely to have tics and at-risk females are more likely to have obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Coprolalia is the medical term used to describe one of the most puzzling and socially stigmatizing symptoms of Tourette Syndrome the involuntary outburst of obscene words or socially inappropriate and derogatory remarks. Other examples may include references to genitals, excrement and sexual acts. Although coprolalia is the most widely known symptom of TS, the majority of patients do not experience this feature. It is most often expressed as a single word, but may involve phrases or sentences. There is no way to predict who will develop coprolalia. Copropraxia is a related complex motor tic symptom involving obscene gestures, such as gestures representing obscene words or with genital reference. Like other tics, the root of this symptom is physical-that is, there is a neurobiological basis to coprolalia and copropraxia. Fortunately, only a minority of individuals with Tourette syndrome experience coprophenomena (coprolalia and copropraxia). However, for those with coprolalia who are trying to deal with the world-in public places, school, at home or work-just getting through the day can be excruciatingly difficult.
I've got tourettes and there are times when you can have a normal conversation. He nicked the police hat at the end and ran off. There's an element of bad behaviour here.
@@Blastoice I agree. I have TS myself and whilst I think he does have TS himself, some of the vocal insults seem deliberate as there is no "sudden" outburst and sounds like normal and sometimes continuous speech. You will notice that if you observe someone with TS vocal tics, they are usually sudden, forceful and often loud as the initial sound is made. The insults to the police seemed a bit sus to me. It does differ from person to person but this is just my opinion. I have lived with TS for 47 years.

@@tonymcmontana663 It's entertaining but still rude to be laughing over someone's uncontrollable disabilities.
It’s a bit of light hearted humour

This kid should have his own channel. The 2 cops faces at the end was priceless. Imagine the kind of people in today's society he could be introduced to. It's a shame he can't control himself but it's comedy gold. Rory, you're a star mate.
I’ve cried through the whole thing, too many quotables 😂
😂Scots with tourettes are elite
That's put on, he's pushing it.
