Hahaha I got the exact same score 94 on math, and this was the only video I watched. Pretty much if you have some common sense and basic math skills, you can pass the math section easily.

Passing the ATI teas exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr James

I've wanted to be a nurse for a long time, it's been a dream of mine for at least the last 7 years and on my mind for the last 15 years. Just starting the research to figure what it takes. Sadly, there is no school in my location, and will have to relocate. Should you take all the pre-requisites before taking the TEAS? I have a science degree and understand math without worry, same with chemistry, etc. Though, those classes are from a while back, and may have to retake classes from my understanding.
I heard there was a bunch of word problems on the math section. Is that true?

I just passed my teas test on the third try yesterday because of the help from this video! I went up 20% on the math portion. This video broke down the problems and made it easier for me to understand. Don’t give up if you didn’t pass the first few try!

this is such a great video for the math, coming from the least mathematically inclined person do not psych yourself out over the math. it’s just as simple if not more simple than the math in this video, i made a 90 on the math portion jus having watched this video 2-3 times the week before my test🙂

Take the first number of the amount and multiply it by the increase amount-25%x3=75

A pretty good video. I needed the foil explained because I forgot it. One suggestion though add a 2 variable question to the mix. A common question is 2 variables equals 10 and the product of 2 variables divided by 2 equals 32.

Math has always been a struggle for me. This video made math the easiest subject for me on the TEAS 7. There was not a single fraction question which is strange. I feel everyones test may be different. Best of luck everyone ! Don't give up.

Science didn’t count i got a 66

It's pretty much the same. Make sure to review the geometry and statistics section of the teas exam using other sources as they are not covered in this video.

For the problem @ 29:24, could you do 8 x 3 instead of 6 x 4?
I tried it and it doesn’t produce any possible answers. I think if you always use the most simplified equations, then you’ll find the correct answers.

I love how for the foil method he didn't follow foil and instead did first insides lasts and outsides but still got the right answer? I wish I was that good at math.
Yes. That’s because of the multiplication rule that says (a x b) x c = (a x c) x b. The order doesnt matter because as long as theyre all the same operation, they will get the same answere
