I really like this gun. It's got all of the bells and whistles, right outta the box, and that's a huge selling point for me.
When do you plan on doing your famous "Limp Wrist Test" .. ?? Also very off-putting that you had light primer strikes !
I always forget about the limp wrist test
I saw an info video about him moving and does miss making reviews for us. At that time he shared with us that he didn’t like doing the limp wrist segments. I also miss seeing them always good for a laugh 😂😂😂😂

Dan, I for one actually value that test. It lets me know if I can depend on a gun, in a defense scenario if I should be unable to hold it perfectly, because of injury or other issue. Please start doing them again. Nothing says that you have to make silly faces, (although that was one part of my enjoyment). Thanks
Light strikes are a common issue with the micro dagger… that being said hard to blame it on PSA when he has an after market slide on the gun.

The slide behaved oddly at 2:20, looks like it went into battery as you pulled the trigger.

I have 2 of them, 1 of the standard size and the c1 with the built-in comp. Not 1 malfunction with either but my slides are both factory.

There is a issue using after market slide , hard to blame the lite strikes and ejection on that

I LOVE mine. It's Gucci'd out now with upgraded trigger and a few other odds and ends. It shoots FLAT to boot. I'll be building a few of them...
It’s not a Micro Dagger slide, so the 2 light primer strikes could be a “P80 slide” issue.
A true test is a factory Micro Dagger.
That's what I said also I have a stock micro dagger close to 700 rounds with a malfunction
@copper178 yes it is a PSA dagger slide. It's just a special one.. an SW version, but still can be bought stock.
I love my micro dagger C1 and have had 0 issues. Totally agree with you on the micro dagger trigger compared to the dagger trigger and it have 3 of them.

Lite primer strikes are an issue with the upper. Not a psa problem. I’ve had zero issues with my dagger micro. Can’t say that for my shadow systems cr920x
Easy fixes. Glock ejector and a firing pin spring or new firing pin.
I bought a Micro Dagger frame, put all Glock 48 parts into it and put a Glock 48 slide assembly on it.
Yeah, that hinged trigger gotta go. Trigger finger slides down upon manipulation, then the recoil makes the trigger guard hit your trigger finger. At least mine does.

SCT makes an SC frame that has a lot of texture and can use the same slides from PSA or elsewhere.
I've been thinking about the comp version... Just not ready to "pull the trigger" yet. Sorry for the pun. I really do like this pistol though.

Hopefully there won’t be any more light primer strikes. Maybe it’s the camera but it looks like it has more muzzle flip than my 43x. It’s actually pretty flat shooting for such a small gun in my hands. What’s your take on it? It just looks “snappier “ but maybe I’m wrong. Awesome stuff as always my friend 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Have both daggers ..my first regular daggers over 2 k rounds she runs great and my triggers under 5 pounds .y micros at 5.3 on few pulls .. Have to say I like my dagger pistols so far

Look at what P.S.A. has done with that design, Glock has had it since the 80s, still the same ole pos, go PSA👍
Except the 43x is more reliable than the Micro Dagger. I like PSA but this gun has had way too many issues for a carry gun.

Say no to PSA!!!! I called them the other day about a pistol. When the sales rep heard I was from New York he said, " you can buy the gun but you can't have the mags"! I said why can't I just get the 10 round mags? He said " No Substitutions no discounts"! So I asked let me get this straight. You're going to take $100.00 in value out of the package, then make me pay an extra $100.00 for mags? His reply was "it's YOUR FAULT you live in New York!" Not hey we want to help, or thanks for supporting our business so let's see what we can do. Nope it was essentially SCREW YOU!!! PSA SUCKS and they don't give a shit about supporting the 2nd Amendment!!!!
I like the gun and the price! My main issue is yes it's cool, priced right, lots of options! But... Like it's bigger brother! It's like a Glock! But it's not... I use my Daggers on the range, I can't carry them? I'm sure the Glock haters will stomp on me but it is what it is!?! lol Not a complete Glock fanboy but they run!

@@TheFirearmGuy also be sure the firing pin channel is totally clean and dry. Clean it out with alcohol and wipe down the firing pin assembly too.

Seems like the jury is still out.
Prefer the G43X. That said, I would much rather carry the G26 which is far more concealable and much better suited to pocket carry, can be fitted with an LTT Striker Control Device and Glock's NY 1 trigger spring, and accepts all the double-column 9mm Glock mags (10, 15, 17, 24 and 33 rounds). Easy enough to cut the slide for an RDS while a Streamlight TLR-6 will bolt straight onto the trigger guard.

Let us know on light primer strike issue. I have the Dagger and have shot 500 rounds thru mine with 400 of them my reloads. And my primers are made in Argentina so are hard and no issues. So let us know if you find anything. Thanks as always Dan

I liked mines but it feels like it has more kick than my other micros. It seems to eject bullets with more force. Other than that i shot about 300 rounds so far from different hollow points to cheap tula ammo

I have the Dagger, and it runs like a scalded dog.
Seems like the Glock clones have 1 sort of a problem or another. I'm tired of sending my Sig P365's back in for repair only after a few thousand rounds. And my Shield Plus wasn't any better. I have a longer list of failed guns that had to be sent back for repair but you get the idea. Probably be better to just suck it up and buy a Glock...
If it malfunctioned then it didn't do what it needed to do bub.

So, ... Other than TWO problems that are POTENTIALLY BIG issues, it's okay ?? 😮😅😂. Dan is just ONE several of competent reviewers that has had these micro Daggers not perform adequately. I'd want one for certain, ... But PSA doesn't seem capable of getting these solidly reliable ! 😶🤨
Well...those things happen with a new gun. The last five mags were fine
@@TheFirearmGuy Dan, I think that you're a very good reviewer, I follow all your videos. It would be golden if you would do a follow up test of hundred rounds, and the "Limp Wrist Test", to see if this thing is a keeper. I can't have enthusiasm for any gun that isn't solidly reliable. It would be a self defense gun for me.
