If my coach was wearing a vndk8 dress, I think I would take him more seriously... but it's insane how much more engaging the coaches at my gym could make a whiteboard talk by applying Taylor's points of performance.
What do you think about doing the explanation after the warm up. I found the members were distracted in the warm up (picking up equipments etc) or talking to others about instead of focusing in the warm up.
It was mentioned during Taylors and Bryson's explanations. 1 min of work per machine. I think I ended up getting 50s on row and 90s on bike when I did it and was only able to complete 3 machines per round with a few extra calories dwindling each round. I probably should've done less cals on the bike for expected stimulus. FWIW, I go to a shortened 45 min class so our intros are usually a lot more brief, especially on a long workout like this

My abs better look like yours after 150 ghd and 140 ttb last week. And 160 ghds today.
Lesson 1: no shirt, no problems
no shoes either
Why is the workout written 21/15 and Rx is 18/12? What should be the intended goal of cals per machine per interval?

we do an RX+ then an RX then a scaled option
OK, understood. Rx+ wasn’t mentioned so I was confused. Appreciate the help!
