I honestly think this is just really bad writing. I've seen AIs like ChatGPT write scripts and its nothing like this. They're bland and boring, but this is just completely chaotic and makes no sense half of the time. The animation simply just sucks ass, and the voice actors are probably vague because they don't wanna be associated with this.
Pretty sure the voice acting ISN’T AI, if only because the voice actors can actually vocalize “abstract” noises like shouting (if you’ve ever typed “AAAAAA” into a text to speech program, you’d understand). The VAs are either not native English speakers or phoning it in HARD.
