We Build a Mega Single / Double - Mx Track Build #10

In the mega 10th episode we re-route the track and build a new single at the top of a hill. This feature replaces a small single we originally built and makes a great obstacle to practice scrubs. Lots of build footage but plenty of riding at the end!
Built using the trusty Ford 555E backhoe and the Kubota L3301.

Looks like a lot of fun building dirtbike tracks but just out of curiosity and I’m sure you have your reasons for building the jump the way you did but wouldn’t it have been a little bit easier just to dig down and then back up to the jump???

Definitely would have been easier, but digging down comes with its own issues. Mostly drainage and not having steep sides that are difficult to cut the grass on. We have an upcoming video where we build a big tabletop by excavating a hillside. It’s almost done so maybe a month on the video.

@@BrollBrothersProductions drainage… that’s right that would be an issue a very very big issue the grass can probably be cut with a weed eater but drainage that’s a much bigger issue😶 I knew there was a reason why you guys did it like that lol
