Nice video! Copying the track tools to your project folder is not necessary if you are using my tool. Copy the tools to one place on your PC to use with all track projects that you build. That is why you set the location one time in the Track Builder Helper settings.

Good Tutorial, but I have an Issue. When I´m adding the texture for the map (tga) it says "Texture image is invalid. Height or width is not a valid Power of 2 value." can anyone help me?
make sure that you are exporting to the correct file and also make sure the you have the correct hieghtmap select in the Resoulte Kraken tool. Then click Build all and the run the game.

hi when i get heightmap error Heightmap is invalid. Height or width is not a valid Power of 2 + 1 value. any idea what to do? :/ also how do i open my heightmap in L3DT?
@@donmany3548 if you want just a blank height map just hit new project under file in L3DT. if you are trying to do a replica track it is beneficial to get the real world data from tengram and google earth. watch this video ua-cam.com/video/3cZtC2TC130/v-deo.html and he goes over how to get the height map and all that. my video show you how to set up and use the kraken tool along with TFC's tutorial videos.
Good tutorial but it's super hard to make tracks these days that are up to standards. Because no one shares texturing secrets which eventually leads us all to give up. I make some good tracks but textures are not even half good

I’m having issues with when I export my heightmap the elevation and jumps do not pop up it’s all just flat

resize your texture image to 2048x2048.

Hey I noticed you got Scrub n dirt on the desktop. That your local track? My family has been riding there for years.
yes i grew up rding there, i acually made the track for the game but i changed all the jumps.

When I create jumps and export it it doesn’t show the jumps in game just in l3dt. What am I doing wrong when exporting it?

Hmm I’m really not sure. Are you exporting as a .raw file?

okay so i got it to show up in the mods folder but it will not show up in game? any help?
did you name it in the kraken program? there is a feild that you have to enter the name that you want to appear in game.
are you able to build a track for me? if so how much if it cost anything

you have to make your height map 2049x2049

if you create a new height map make sure it is 2048x2048 and horizontal scale probably like .20-.30 is good
i cant find the fbx file
When you click the link for track tools in the description, download the conversion tools as well and the fbx2edf is in there
