If only Century could have something like this! Don't get me wrong, I love Century Age of Ashes, but there's so many things they could've done to make it better. Like fighting against armies and aerial melee combat would be so cool. Melee combat like clashing into another player's dragon and just claw and bite each other and some finishing moves, too!!!
@@zachblackwolf99 Yeah, like... why the riders there use weapons then? It's senseless. Dragon riders should only worry about hand weapons if they get onto each other in the skies or on ground battles.
@CLAREROMVoid Exactly like it'd be so cool if there was a finishing move where when you clash into each other, your rider can jump off the back of their dragon and kill the other player's rider!

Man, you're cookin' really good! This movement, the camera shaking, wings animations, this atmosphere.. This game is reminds me of Lair, for PS3. That was also a dragon riding game where your goal was fighting army and do cool things. As a man who is always searching for games where you can actually ride a dragon and commit heavy violence on people, that game was something interesting for me... But it's old, and as far as i know, it was a big failure because of the controls thingy. Like someone mentioned under one of your videos, not even a single AAA game studio was able or even try to make something like this. And then youtube blessed me with your video... it's amazing! I will keep an eye on your channel, you are definitely making one of the best dragon-related games so far! I wish you luck and patience to finish this project! P.S: I hope player will be able to mount/dismount the dragon, or at least land onto the ground and use dragon's feet to walk around the battlefield to bite and slice, instead of flying only, heh.

Why is it impossible for game devs to accomplish a medieval game like this with dragons? Like a way better version of Skyrim. Honestly it could just be in the game of thrones universe.
I think it was in one of the Elder Scrolls games where they said the reason they no longer March into battle in block like these is because a mage can just fire ball the whole squad. The same seems to apply to dragons.
imagine this on a multiplayer battlefield like game but medieval fantasy where players can spawn on dragons and use them as ground support looks sick tho
I like to imagine the rider will guide the dragon onto the targeting flare that could be something like a colored smoke or some magic beacon like a Helldivers 2 strategem before they attack the position where the signal is
I know we have examples from the movies and shows, but I wonder what you would do for the physics of a Night Fury. I would think the fins at the base of the tail would lessen the roll of the Night Fury's posterior body apart from one's anterior body when turning (although this isn't their only function); and, the fins at the tip of the tail would be the biggest part in controlling the pitch and roll of one's whole body.

Good day I am a big fan of dragon games, these include, for example: Lair, Drakengard, Drakan etc. What are the plans for this game? Open world or missions? Can you also fight on the ground like in Lair? Or even dismount and fight yourself like in Drakengard?
If this game was released today and say had a 1000 sq mile map and could just fly everywhere... People would still by the shit out of it! Including me!!!
