I was looking for pakistani calesthenics athletes in utube finally found two channels am so glad to see you guys doing.

Would you be kind to give the measurements in detail? Since this is rare local wielders have no idea about the measurements. They want me to show them somewhere it is installed to take measurements.

Hey man, awesome setup, I'm thinking of doing the same thing on my roof. Quick question, I saw in someone else's comment that you had a problem with waterproofing the roof. Was that because of the holes you drilled in it? What did you do to fix it?
Hey man, it wasn't inherently a problem with the holes in the roof. The main issue was that the water wasn't getting drained out as there was no slope on the roof.
I have redone the roof flooring, this time making sure that there is a slight dip/slope so that the rain water gets drained off the roof.

Sai Tarun Gunda boss because I needed different height for the rest of my friends cousins etc. So that it’s easy for them too. The big one I kept for rings, medium one was the one I mainly used.

Hey man, it is made from Galvanised Steel and I got these 4.5 feet wide in width.

What was the third Setup that was installed on the wall? Two long standing vertical bars with many holes in it. You didn't do any workout on it

Can you tell me what can I do if I want to learn freestyle calisthenics in pull up bars so what can I do to learn. 360 and more stuff on pull up bars without injury .....??
Hey man good question. I would suggest to start off with the basics and get your base very strong. Get stronger at pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats and when you've built a solid foundation then you can start practicing freestyle.
Sticking to the basics for a while and building your strength and muscle up will help to prevent injuries long term.
And when you do start training freestyle then practice with a mattress for safety
@@Bawbarzz I already did but I am not able to learn freestyle moves on pull ups bars due to fear and lack of mattress for below.😐
Kartikay Bisht Yea man fear is a big de-motivator. Start slow, start by just learning a simple 180 which isn’t scary at all and start understanding the swing. Adding muscle up dynamics into it too

Hey man, the bars are 1.75 inches thick. As for the height get one that suits your needs. My ideal bar height is 7 feet. As for the dip bars you can go for height wise I would say 4ft and thickness should be the same as the pull-up bar

How you did the foundation for this setup?
Not sure what you are asking brother. If you're asking about the ground the bars are bolted onto, then this is my roof, the ground itself is solid enough to withstand the load from the bars etc.

Hey man I got all these made through a welder. Check in with your local welder for galvanised steel.

Not anything specific before a workout. If it's early morning then no, if it's in the evening then I try to get a bit of fruits in.

Please get a pair of Gymnastics Rings with adjustable straps. Make sure the rings are wood and F.I.G standard, the Straps and buckles should be Thick.
And get a pair of wooden Parallettes and a Foam roller.
Then you're good to go bhai. That's all you need tbh.

@@axbdaz4735 It would really depend on your goals. After a point pull-ups and dips will become easy and you'll have to either add other difficult variations or you could start adding external load to make the exercise slightly more challenging in order to keep building strength and muscle.

Just got pipe's from my local Velder, told him the dimensions I wanted and he made them for me. I got 3 different height pull-up bars and one set of parallel bars :) That's more than enough to start on your calisthenics journey :)

Good question brother.
It really depends on a couple of things. What exactly your goals are etc. If you goal is to get better at specific calisthenics elements then calisthenics alone can do you a world of good of course. If your goal is to build muscle and strength I would say a combination of weighted calisthenics and hitting the gym with some free weights as assistance exercises would be amazing.

Hey man, the grip width is personal preference. Get samples made of 1-2 inches.
The bars I got were 5 feet, 7 feet and 9 feet in height. And 4 feet wide
I think i should fix a rode between the dips bar for stability what should be the distance between the dips bar??
@@amangoenka8285 No no you won't need to fix a rod between the dip bars. As for the distance between them make them according to how you feel comfortable with it

Hey man total came to be about 120,000/- PKR. But this cost was mostly because I got alot of additional stuff made that wasn't really required. You can easily get a solid pull-up bar and a dip bar setup within 50,000/-

You could opt for a much smaller cheaper setup, I got 3 bars, a parallel bar setup, and a salmon ladder so it ended up costing me alot more.

Hey man, I don't follow a strict diet. I know my calories and macros needed for my body well enough that I can just eyeball food now. I don't restrict myself from any food, but I try to keep it as whole foods based as possible and then do enjoy my desert, fast food often as well. Overall I like to keep it fairly balanced and don't go to any extremes. I think that is very important
