because i started trying it i am spining with a low swing just to face the bar and underastand it. you suggest once i get comfortable with the low swing to try directly with a big one or something between? also do you focus a lot on kicking hard with the legs to help you spin ?
Well, I'm no expert, but i would suggest first trying low swing to be careful and ye, to understand the technique as you mentioned. but then see what is best for you, what works for you.
Get comfortable with doing a very high 360! And tucking your arms in as fast as you can. Then start slowing adding more turn to that high 360. Practice the 720 off the ground first. Jump and try to spin twice on the ground
