    Recipe:
    4 eggs
    ½ cup sugar
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    ½ tablespoon vanilla
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    ¾ cup flour
    2 cups pitted cherries
    1. Pit the cherries with a cherry pitter or cut in half to get the pit out if you don’t have one.
    2. Add the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, salt and melted butter to a bowl and whisk together.
    3. Sift in the flour and whisk to combine. If you have any lumps, blend the batter with a hand blender. You could also add all the ingredients into a blender from the beginning.
    4. Pour the batter into a 9 inch dish and sprinkle the cherries on top.
    5. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until the custard is set.
    6. Take out the clafoutis from the oven and let cool for 10 minute before cutting into it.
    7. Top clafoutis with icing sugar and serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
