Today was my competition! I only fought one person in my belt range but unfortunately I lost. Although, I was leading by quite a few points over my opponent but I got distracted and got hit at the last ten seconds of my second round. At the end of the match it was 10-11.

So today I tried to redo the break, in order to pass the testing. But, I didn't break it. My foot bleed. There was blood on the board. I started crying. I was embarrassed because everyone saw me. I don't want to give up, however, it's hard. My Instructor, Hannah, is going to talk to the master. I want to pass, I don't think I deserve it. All of my test mates broke their boards. I'm crying as I type this.
cotton candy 759 Just believe the board is air. Its the same as lifting weights. Once you feel like nothing can stop you, burst through your inhibitions and break it. you can do it. hope ive helped you
Just google taekwondo sparring gear and you should have several options. A few good companies off the top of my head are Century, Mooto, JCalicu, Adidas, Daedo. But there are many martial arts websites out there that sell those brands.
question is it okay to customize wt dobok? like, adding trims to the waist, sleeves and legs difference between Baek's dobok in Tekken 2 (v neck, black trim there only) and later instalments (black trims at sleeves, arms, waist and legs)

Make sure you train cardio and kicking combinations as well as make sure you get sparring practice in. Its your first one so go have fun, enjoy the experience and fight your best :)
