Glad I discovered your channel today. I’m a boxer so I’m just starting taekwondo. That gear is awesome. My teacher is from Korea and I’m hoping this turns out to be a good experience, keep up the good work.
The only Adidas gear I have are the taekwondo shoes, and I love them. They put a lot of thought into the soles, neither too slippery nor too sticky. So it feels natural to spin without cranking your knee. Next best thing to barefoot, and really helpful now that many of us have to train in less than ideal places.
Yes, never wore shoes much but I'm really liking how these Adidas ones feel when I move around and kick!

its been a while since i watched one of your videos, noticed how u are currently a 3rd Degree black belt, i think last i saw one of your videos its still 1st Dan. However, congrats on 100k and 3rd dan, i know maybe i am a bit late but who cares. i practices taekwondo ITF, (2nd Dan,sadly coz of the pandemic i cannot finished my 3rd dan test) so i like to come by from time to time to find inspiration to either improve myself or for class materials. Thanks for the awesome videos.

Thank you so much for the support! The school I'm at has regular puzzle mats with a mat cover over it. I'd recommend trying to find just some type of puzzle mats, there should be some that aren't as expensive.
Walmart has some at a very reasonable price

I got into TAEKWONDO due to GAL GADOTS INFLUENCE IN WONDERWOMAN :) About 4 years ago. Keeps the body, mind, and health fit :) It is important we are very careful and vigilant. My first sport was "GOLF", I'm a Junior Golf Champion in Ladies Division (3 years in a row during my younger days). The "bunker" is not my special place lol, but I love GOLF :) TAEKWANDO is a good skill just for good use. Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars also got into it in her episodes of her show. TAEKWANDO is feminine.

There's a lot that goes into that haha if you're brand new and learning I'd say just work on some basic exercises and stretching to prepare you for the workouts and kicking drills you might do
