Yeah I have to agree with others. You didn’t do it wrong, but there is a better way to do it. STEP 1 Drain Oil lol STEP 2 Remove Brake Pedal Change oil after every hard ride. Or 1-2 hrs of ride time and it will save your clutch 👍

How is this clutch holding up? Any more longevity than stock? Factory clutch plates are non-existant right now, so I'm either buying one of these or carbon fiber oem plates. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Moto Mermel thanks for the quick reply! Mind me asking about how many hours are on the clutch? This bike isn’t gonna last my 7 year old much longer, don’t mind spending the money if it lasts longer, but at some point, I have to put money towards a 65…
Fire in one of the IRP 0.5mm shims like I did instead until clutches are back in stock. I'm putting the big wheel kit on ours to get another year out of it.
The clutch is smaller so you have to add more oil, and with the other clutch cover you get 375ml of oil, wich is very nice compared to the 200ml stock. Less likely to overheat and slipping
@@alekto1 great, but which oil? i can't find datasheet for irp (NYTRO) clutch oil? its imposible to buy it in Poland. With standard clutch we used mobil 320 but, whats with irp?
Should torque your clutch cover bolts and Pre soak your clutch components. Would have dumped all the old oil first as well.
Dam straight
When the factory basket was removed there was a leg part broken off? I’d have been checking the oil still laying in her for debris.
All is good! Have done 3 races since and plenty of riding.
Hi,one question,because put more clips(14)ande the motocycle,no work good,and 12 clips good work?

Do you have a website where I can buy this clutch? I'm from Brazil
What bark busters did you put on that? I can’t find one cent that fits.
How many ML’s of oil does it now take compared to the 200 ML’s originally? Are you still using the ATF Dexron III?
I’m still using what Ktm manual says. It’s perfect. I use motorex.
@@motomermel8946 but.. the manual says about semi-synthetic?
