    Your PTO over speed isn't anything to worry about. Its just telling you you are over speeding. Set your RPM so your PTO is at 540. Any faster can damage equipment.
    My 1999 JD tractor will flash PTO over speed and beep at me so if your JD dealer saya tractors don't do it then don't trust that JD dealer. No bulletins required. Probably covers it in the owners manual as well if you give that a read.

    after you rpm is set just slow your ground speed to just load.

      @rudy.bergeronsr.6192 the RPMs very quite a bit depending on thickness/patches of material and terrain/slope. Way more than my Bobcat skid-steers do.
      The mower was never ever run at 540 when it was on my 4320 Deere and has never had an issue with anything on it. The tractor also didn't alert me of overspeed.
      I tried to keep the ground speed around 5ish MPH. And with the RPM "set" on the Toolcat it oversped when stopping or maneuvering. I like the machine but it could be better for this application.
